    FT: Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

    Andy Halliday
    Motherwell midfielder on BBC Sportsound

Hibs thoroughly deserved the win but the back two for Rangers, John Souttar and Emmanuel Fernandez, were outstanding.

From open play, Rangers lack creativity and that penalty box striker.

Hearts fans will be celebrating this point for their neighbours as Rangers now stand six points behind the Premiership leaders.

The visitors did have the ball in the net but Mikey Moore was found to be a fraction offside.

Hibs created the best chances and might feel a bit frustrated, although the home fans will applaud the effort and application after a tough couple of weeks.

  12. HALF-TIME Celtic 1-0 Falkirkpublished at 15:49 GMT 1 February

Tomas Cvancara has Celtic ahead with his first goal for his new club, but Falkirk have had a couple of decent chances in this game.

It's been far more even than Celtic fans and Martin O'Neill would like, but for the neutral it's been decent entertainment.

Cvancara took his goal superbly, glancing in a header from a Kieran Tierney cross, and he looked suitably delighted with it.

Can Falkirk keep up the good showing in the second half and find a goal? Or will Celtic move up a few gears and coast away?

    Celtic 1-0 Falkirk

    Almost an equaliser for Falkirk!

    Huge chance.

  15. Postpublished at 15:43 GMT 1 February

Nicky Cadden with another fabulous cross. It breaks to Kanayo Megwa, who needs two touches, and that gives Rangers the chance to block.

It comes back to Megwa but the defender can only nudge the ball to goalkeeper Jack Butland.

    Celtic 1-0 Falkirk

    Pat Bonner
Former Celtic goalkeeper on BBC Sportsound

It was a really good bit of play, dynamic from Celtic.

Cvancara makes his run and guides it into the far corner, off the post and in.

    Badly needed.

  19. goal

GOAL Celtic 1-0 Falkirkpublished at 15:39 GMT 1 February

    Tomas Cvancara

The new striker has his goal!

The cross comes in from Tierney on the left and Cvancara makes his move in front of the defender, glancing his header past Scott Bain and off the inside of the post.

It's a brilliant effort from the big man, who celebrates emphatically on his home debut. What a way to celebrate.
