  3. 'We've got a couple and we're hoping to add'published at 17:34 GMT 1 February

    FT: Celtic 2-0 Falkirk

Celtic interim manager Martin O'Neill tells BBC Scotland: "I thought it was a great win for us, particularly after Thursday night and the effort the players put into that win.

"You could see there were periods in the game where we didn't have the energy, but there's a great camararderie about the group. They want to go beyond the call of duty and it was a big, big win.

"Falkirk are flying, they're a dangerous side. I'm delighted we've won and there were some big efforts today.

"Naturally pleased [Tomas Cvancara] got the goal. He hasn't played a lot of football in recent times, but I think there's lots of improvements in his game. There's a player there.

"I said to [Benjamin Nygren] in my first spell that midfield players who score goals are worth their weight in gold.

"We are [close to transfers]. We've some medicals here at this minute and fingers crossed the players come through.

"We've got a couple and we're hoping to add maybe late on.

"That would give us a chance. We're staying there to the end and let's see what happens."

    FT: Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

  9. 'Hibs deserved all three points'published at 17:12 GMT 1 February

    FT: Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

Hibs head coach David Gray tells BBC Scotland: "We deserved all three points, if I'm honest. We had the best chances. We could be a bit more clinical. A little bit of frustration we haven't won the game, but that's a good place to be off the back of the last two results.

"It was much more like us today. It's very much about making sure we keep working hard, sticking together. It was a young group towards the end, but once we get a few back I'm confident we can end the season strongly."

On Kai Andrews' debut: "He's someone who was up here before. He's got a very good pedigree, played at a very good level. He grew into the game as it went on. But, to a man, the boys were excellent."

On the end of the transfer window: "Maybe a couple of additions if it can be done. I do expect there to be a bit movement at the end of the window."

  10. I take the draw - Rangers boss Rohlpublished at 17:09 GMT 1 February

    FT: Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

Rangers head coach Danny Rohl tells BBC Scotland: "Tough game today, tough game. Both teams tried and invested a lot. In the end we are disappointed we couldn't win, but honestly I take the draw today.

"We had some good phases in the game where we couldn't score. It wasn't about the last pass, being clinical. First half, we had two less players into the box - this is a part we can improve.

"In such a game you need this magic moment, we were close with Mikey Moore [disallowed goal for offside]. In the end we did not deserve the three points. It's about the next game. [Hibs] defended with big heart. You have to break them down, you need the extra pass.

"It's clear, the direction is clear. Everyone wants to jump straight to first position, but teams around us also take points. We have do our job, focus on ourselves, if we do this we will see at the end of the season."

On the end to the transfer window: "I trust the cub will make the right decisions. We are in conversation but today my focus was on the game, We'll see what happens in the next 24 hours. Could be ins and outs, this is normal.

"If not, I'll carry on with my group because they've shown big character in the past couple of weeks."

An expected goals (xG) victory for Falkirk?

Kasper Schmeichel did make a couple of good saves, while Scott Bain didn't look too clever for the Benjamin Nygren goal, but it was a largely comfortable afternoon for the hosts.
