  1. Postpublished at 15:17 GMT 24 January

    Falkirk 0-0 Hibernian

Jordan Obita goes for a goal inside the box, but the Hibs defender's effort hits the side netting.

The visitors have been in control so far.

  2. goal

GOAL ABERDEEN 2-0 Livingstonpublished at 15:16 GMT 24 January

    Kevin Nisbet

    It's raining goals for Aberdeen!

Stuart Armstrong lifts a tidy ball through to Nisbet, who has made a darting run behind the defence. When one-on-one, he tucks away.

    However, it could be offside...

  3. Cameron makes the differencepublished at 15:16 GMT 24 January

    Aberdeen 1-0 Livingston

    Tyrone Smith
    BBC Scotland at Pittodrie

Not the prettiest goal for Aberdeen, but on the run they have been on they won't care about that.

Another terrific ball into the box by Lyall Cameron - that is something that has been missing from the Dons all season.

It looks like the on-loan Rangers midfielder will be the solution to that particular problem.

  4. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 15:16 GMT 24 January

    Motherwell 0-0 Kilmarnock

Liam Polworth's big toe must be just offside and the goal is chalked off.

Motherwell's impeccable defensive record at Fir Park in recent weeks stays intact.

GOAL PARTICK THISTLE 2-0 Ayr Unitedpublished at 15:15 GMT 24 January

  9. goal

GOAL Motherwell 0-1 KILMARNOCKpublished at 15:12 GMT 24 January

    Liam Polworth

Tyreece John-Jules flicks one in behind the Motherwell defence for Liam Polworth and the former Motherwell man skips round Calum Ward to score.

It's very, very tight for offside.

  10. Postpublished at 15:12 GMT 24 January

    Motherwell 0-0 Kilmarnock

It's been all Motherwell since that early Kilmarnock chance, but the home side are yet to carve out a clear-cut chance.

  11. Top-six cushion at stakepublished at 15:11 GMT 24 January

    Falkirk 0-0 Hibernian

    Martin Dowden
BBC Sport Scotland at Falkirk Stadium

A big opportunity for both sides.

Falkirk can close to within two points of their opponents reeling in a team above to further enhance their excellent season.

Hibs can create an eight-point cushion over Falkirk, who occupy sixth place. The visitors are depleted through injury and illness but seek a bounce after their Scottish Cup exit.

  12. goal

GOAL ABERDEEN 1-0 Livingstonpublished at 15:09 GMT 24 January

    Kenan Bilalović

Lyall Cameron's clipped corner is collected by winger Kenan Bilalovic, who forces his way past a defender while controlling the ball and stabs in at the back post.

It's a really messy goal - and it is soft defending from Livingston. Manager Davie Martindale will be furious.

  13. Postpublished at 15:09 GMT 24 January

    Aberdeen 0-0 Livingston

There's a possible penalty check here at Pittodrie. Topi Keskinen fired a shot at goal, which deflected over the bar off Joshua Brenet.

There is a suggestion of handball against the Livi defender.

And, after a delay, we play on.

  14. Postpublished at 15:08 GMT 24 January

    Aberdeen 0-0 Livingston

Decent chance for Aberdeen as Joshua Brenet trips Topi Keskinen on the left of the penalty box after the Fin ghosts past him.

Lenient from referee Ross Hardie, who lets the Curucao international away without a booking.

Lyall Cameron stands over it, in dreadful conditions, and the midfielder whips it just wide.

  15. No 'tight' stereotypes pleasepublished at 15:06 GMT 24 January

    Aberdeen 0-0 Livingston

    Tyrone Smith
    BBC Scotland at Pittodrie

Despite the dire weather, there is a big crowd at Pittodrie, with the fans taking advantage of a - ticket for a tenner - initiative.

  16. CLOSE!published at 15:02 GMT 24 January

    Motherwell 0-0 Kilmarnock

A big chance for embattled Killie to take an early lead.

Motherwell fail to deal with a ball into the penalty box and it drops for Tyreece John-Jules, but the striker shoots just wide.

  17. North east winds and rainpublished at 15:01 GMT 24 January

    Aberdeen 0-0 Livingston

    Tyrone Smith
    BBC Scotland at Pittodrie

The weather in Aberdeen today is horrendous. A howling wind, swirling rain - lousy.

The pitch looks okay, but I am told it is very soft underfoot.

Those aren't the ingredients that go towards a great game of football - but, ever the optimist, I live in hope.

  18. KICK-OFFpublished at 15:00 GMT 24 January

We're getting under way around the country.

They're certainly off swiftly at Fir Park. No hanging about in the cold, wind and rain.

  19. Yengi on his way to Japanpublished at 14:58 GMT 24 January

    Aberdeen v Livingston (15:00)

    Tyrone Smith
    BBC Scotland at Pittodrie

Manager David Martindale has been telling me prior to this game that striker Tete Yengi looks set for a loan move to the J League.

He says it should secure Livingston a six-figure loan fee.

  20. Manager in spotlightpublished at 14:55 GMT 24 January

    Motherwell v Kilmarnock (15:00)

Jens Berthel Askou has quickly gone from unknown quantity to being labelled Scottish football's tactical genius in the seven months since he was appointed Motherwell manager.

So much so that the 43-year-old Dane has been linked with the vacancy at Premiership rivals Aberdeen and even with the Celtic hotseat once Martin O'Neill's latest interim spell in charge ends this summer.

The Scottish champions' fans might demand a more high-profile name, while Askou himself might not consider a move to the Dons a step up given his side are currently fourth in table and have left their richer rivals four places and 12 points in their wake.

However, you can be sure his progress since leaving his post as Copenhagen assistant after only six months is making other clubs take notice.
