Wrexham manager Phil Parkinson is in attendance scouting his opponents Chelsea for Saturday's FA Cup match at the Racecourse Ground.

Meanwhile, Chelsea boss Liam Rosenior has used a break in play for a head injury to Ezri Konsa to get some tactical instructions over to certain players.

I've no idea how that's not a free-kick for Aston Villa.

Ollie Watkins gets to the ball before Reece James and the Chelsea skipper barges straight through his back.

    Man City 0-0 Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest goalkeeper Matz Sels gets away with one!

His clipped ball out toward the sideline is plucked out of the sky by the boot of Erling Haaland, who then turns and plays to Rayan Cherki.

Cherki sidesteps a challenge and lays off to Phil Foden, whose low strike takes a deflection that makes it easy for Sels to save.

Can’t say I’m surprised that Chelsea are already 1-0 down. Sanchez is poor but Jorgensen hasn’t done anything at Chelsea to suggest he’s an improvement.

Ferdi Kadioglu combines well with Georginio Rutter in the box Arsenal box. The ball is set back for Kadioglu to strike but he smashes it straight at his team-mate.

That would've been troubling David Raya had it gone through the gap.

Brighton head coach Fabian Hurzeler delivered strong views on Arsenal taking their time over corners, claiming they sometimes take one minute to deliver.

And Hurzeler was straight on the case with his coaching staff to the fourth official just now when Arsenal lingered over a throw in.

Lots of people wondering what happened there and the replays tell us Bukayo Saka's shot took a deflection off Carlos Baleba. Brighton keeper Bart Verbruggen surely had to be better, though. Poor effort.

All after Brighton made a really bright start. Gunners fans elated.

It's a gift. I'm not sure the Arsenal players have even celebrated because it seems like a harmless shot.

Bukayo Saka cuts inside and the goalkeeper completely misreads it. There's a little bit of a deflection. There's zero pace on it whatsoever.

It's not often we see Manchester City and Arsenal kicking off at the same time.

It makes tonight's fixtures huge, knowing City can take advantage if Arsenal slip-up.

But it's not the case at the moment, with the Gunners taking the lead at Brighton.

Will Pep Guardiola be keeping one eye on that match, I wonder?

    Bukayo Saka (9 mins)

    What's happened there then?

Arsenal work it right to Bukayo Saka, he comes inside on his left foot and has a go. It's not the best of strikes and it goes right through Bart Verbruggen.

Really poor from the goalkeeper, but Arsenal won't care.
