    It was tight throughout but Price took it to a last-leg decider from 5-4 down before breaking to beat his Welsh compatriot.

    Jonny Clayton, who won the competition in 2021, is back in the Premier League for the first time since 2023.

    Price beat Michael van Gerwen in the final last time to collect his first night win of the season.
