Hampshire 128-6 v Notts
Rain has, regrettably, delayed the beginning to the evening session at Southampton.
Somerset 256-4 v Sussex
Tom Abell plays Henry Crocombe defensively into the off side.
The sun is shining and the home side are looking comfortable.
The fourth ball is short, evaded by Abell and bursts through the gloves of keeper John Simpson for a bye.
Another short ball is pulled behind square by Archie Vaughan for one.
Essex v Leics 238-5
Leicestershire dominated the morning session, Essex were on top during the afternoon - which team will finish the day the strongest?
Shane Snater to bowl for Essex - Stevie Eskinazi and Ben Cox are the not out batsmen.
Yorkshire 233-4 v Surrey
Ryan Patel is immediately into the attack for Surrey and his first ball of the evening session on day one is paddled into the off side by Jonny Bairstow towards a fly gully for a single.
Gloucs 118-6 v Northants
A slice of luck for Ollie Price, who is forward to Harry Conway, edging low and wide of third slip for four.

He's on 43 and has been the bedrock of a very tough innings for Gloucestershire.

Lancs v Worcs 221-8
The evening session is under way at Southport and George Balderson's first delivery after tea is crunched away by Matthew Waite (45*) for a single.
Somerset 245-4 v Sussex
Just a couple of singles off that Carson over.
A slip and a gully in for Henry Crocombe and Tom Abell works the ball away to the leg side for one to move on to 25. He's been scoring runs consistently this season and looks comfortable here.
Abell trades singles with Archie Vaughan. Five singles off the over.
Why, oh why, can't Lancashire clean up tailenders again? Worcestershire six down for not much more than 100 and here we are, struggling once more. It's been costing us for three or four years now. Lancashire need to sort it out, quickly.

That is tea at Edgbaston, where Glamorgan has assumed control this afternoon and pressed home their advantage.
The mammoth partnership between centurion Ben Kellaway and Kiran Carlson has been broken, however, courtesy of Dan Mousley who removed the latter for 85 in his first over.
Glamorgan will be satisfied with how the day has panned out, after the first five overs of the morning, while Warwickshire will hope for further breakthroughs in the evening session.
Gloucs 106-6 v Northants
Harry Conway is on at the other end and there's another short ball to Will Willams, who is struck on the torso as he misses a pull shot.
This doesn't look easy at all. He'll be nursing a few bruises tonight.
Another short ball fizzes past leg stump.
Bosch c Montgomery b Bashir 29 (Middx 177 v Derbys)
And that is that for Middlesex's first innings at Lord's..
England spinner Shoaib Bashir is brought on for his first over of the innings and Eathan Bosch obligingly clips his fifth delivery to Matt Montgomery, stationed at mid-wicket.
The bowling honours, though, go to Ben Aitchison, who finishes with 5-47 from 20 overs.
How will Derbyshire fare on this pitch? We will find out after tea.

With the two Essex spinners operating together, we whizz through the final few overs before tea at Chelmsford.
The home side have fought back strongly, taking three wickets for the addition of 72 runs, after being on the receiving end of punishment from Sol Budinger and Jake Weatherald during the morning.
Budinger was one of the three dismissed this afternoon, bowled by Shane Snater for 89.
Leicestershire were 196-5 but Stevie Eskinazi and Ben Cox have steadied the innings with an unbroken stand of 42.
Glamorgan 213-3 v Warwickshire
Image source, Rex FeaturesBen Kellaway brings up a brilliant hundred with a sumptuous drive which dissects extra cover and mid-off and beats the fielder to the boundary rope.
A well deserved century, which when brought up is met with roars of delight from the visiting dressing room.
Glamorgan are in a good place at Edgbaston as we near tea.
Gloucs 105-6 v Northants
A bit leg side from Liam Guthrie and that ball is deflected for a leg bye to bring up the Gloucestershire 100 in the 33rd over.
Single to Ollie Price via the bat to fine leg.
Will Williams ducks underneath a bouncer and a declined LBW and four leg byes to end the over.
Yorkshire 232-4 v Surrey
Image source, SWpix.comIt's been an excellent recovery from Yorkshire following the dismissals earlier in the session of Joe Root and Harry Brook.
Their fifth-wicket partnership between captain Jonny Bairstow (57 not out) and Adam Lyth (82 not out) is now worth 111.
Surrey will feel they have let Yorkshire off the hook in the middle session, and having posed a real threat early on, their attack has laboured in the past hour.
Captain Rory Burns will have a lot to think about over the next 20 minutes during the tea break.
Somerset 238-4 v Sussex - tea
Adrian Harms
BBC Radio Sussex
Somerset are in a strong position at tea on a pitch that is proving increasingly comfortable to bat on.
Both Tom Lammonby and James Rew will feel they should have capitalised on the conditions, but both rather gave their wickets away with centuries in sight.
Sussex have toiled away but the attack that has bowled so many overs in the last few weeks looks slightly jaded and they haven't helped their own cause by dropping Rew twice on 25 and again on 37
Gloucs 99-6 v Northants
There are five balls left in the Liam Guthrie over after that rain delay.
Two slips in plus a short leg.
Will Williams on strike.
