    Yorks 214-6 - target 295

Dom Bess survives but that's a good over by Ryan Hadley and an excellent bowling change by Glamorgan skipper Kiran Carlson.

Eight overs remain - Mason Crane will bowl the next one.

  2. 100 runs

for Tawanda Muyeyepublished at 17:56 BST 6 April

Kent 223-5 (75 balls remaining at Durham)

Tawanda Muyeye leaps in the air and raises his bat and helmet.

His fourth first class century and it's come when Kent needed the most,

He gets there with a genuine edge past the slips off Colin Ackermann to run three. 116 balls, 16 of them boundaries.

A brilliant knock at a crucial time for his side.

  3. Postpublished at 17:54 BST 6 April

    Northants 201-9 (35 balls remaining)

Lancs have to believe they will get another chance in the six overs that remain.

Ajeet Singh Dale is back on with Ben Sanderson again in his sights.

The slip cordon are ready but the first ball is well defended, dabbed down into the leg side.

  4. Muyeye defying Durhampublished at 17:53 BST 6 April

Kent 212-5 need 357 to beat Durham

    Martin Emmerson
    BBC Radio Newcastle

Tawanda Muyeye has been offering a lot of resistance this afternoon as Kent head towards a draw here in Chester-le-Street.

Kent won't win. We are in the last hour of the match and they need 10.6 an over. But they play on because Muyeye has 98 runs and the over rate is minus two.

Muyeye put on 124 for the fourth wicket with Daniel Bell-Drummond, who made 37. And although Joey Evison went for a sixth-ball duck, Chris Benjamin has provided perfect support.

Durham haven't won their opening game of the season since 2015. The loss of day three to Storm Dave hasn't helped their cause.

  5. Postpublished at 17:52 BST 6 April

Kent 219-5 (78 balls remaining at Durham)

Tawanda Muyeye hammers the first ball from Kasey Aldridge over mid-wicket to the boundary, where it gets soaked in a puddle.

He's on to 91* and has played that shot beautifully all afternoon.

He gets away with a big top edge from another attempt from the third ball, however, looping it over the backpedalling Emilio Gay's head and running a couple.

    Big stroke of luck.

With no slip in place he carves the fourth ball to the rope at third to move on to 97* and then hooks a single from the last ball to retain strike on 98*.

  6. Ten overs and countingpublished at 17:52 BST 6 April

    Derbyshire 625-8 v Worcestershire 312 & 289-7

Ten overs to go as Tom Taylor does well to keep out a low grubber from Andersson.

Taylor also hit a boundary that over and suddenly Worcestershire are only 24 behind.

They might yet get ahead which will alter the equations.

  7. Postpublished at 17:51 BST 6 April

    Northants 201-9 (38 balls remaining)

George Balderson is back on with Matty Hurst standing up.

George Bartlett has slammed the second ball through the covers for four.

Close with the fourth ball as Bartlett goes for another boundary but he misses it.

It wasn't the most committed drive you'll ever see and a little bit of away movement does for Matthew Revis as he edges Ryan Hadley to keeper Chris Cooke.

Yorkshire skipper Dom Bess is next to the crease and there are 8.4 overs for his team to survive for the draw.

The Glamorgan games tension is wearing off a bit. Impressive from Glamorgan, being predicted to finish last by most people forcing potential title contenders to play the game out for a draw. #OhhhGlammyGlammy

    Kyle, Cardiff

Really impressed with Mason and Colin this week, Sophia Gardens as picturesque as ever, until you feel the temperature. However you cannot be disappointed with Glamorgan in this match, given it everything.

  10. dropped catch

Dropped catchpublished at 17:49 BST 6 April

    Northants 197-9 (42 balls remaining)

Ajeet Singh Dale gets the edge of Ben Sanderson's bat but Michael Jones has spilled it at third slip.

That was a catchable chance and hands are on heads all over the place.

  11. Postpublished at 17:48 BST 6 April

Kent 208-5 (84 balls remaining at Durham)

Colin Ackermann, who was only called up for this game on Friday morning due to illness, has been brought on to bowl some spin and help rattle through some overs.

Tawanda Muyeye defends the first ball, for a change, but gets his quick single from the third delivery. He has 87*.

Chris Benjamin defends ball four and final balls while the fifth turns a mile down the leg side and is clutched by Ollie Robinson.

  12. Postpublished at 17:46 BST 6 April

    Yorks 212-5 - target 295

Mason Crane starts with a looping full toss and Matthew Revis eases it into a huge gap and away to the long-on boundary.

The next one is dropped short and Revis thumps it in a similar direction but is kept to three by a superb diving save on the boundary edge.

Crane finds the edge of George Hill's bat but it doesn't quite carry to slip.

  13. Postpublished at 17:45 BST 6 April

Kent 207-5 (90 balls remaining at Durham)

Tawanda Muyeye, for what seems the umpteeth time in the past hour, picks up a single off the opening ball of the over.

Chris Benjamin has spent less than a quarter of the time at the crease but has faced almost half as many deliveries as Muyeye.

Again just the one run off Kasey Aldridge's over.

    Five wickets still needed.

  14. Postpublished at 17:44 BST 6 April

    Northants 197-9 (47 balls remaining)

Ajeet Singh Dale is replacing Jimmy Anderson and with that change there is feeling that Northants are going to cling on here.

Anderson finishes with 3-45 but Singh Dale adds a little bit of pace which may prove key.

His first ball is a dot.

  15. Tense finish at Derbypublished at 17:43 BST 6 April

    Derbyshire 625-8 v Worcestershire 312 & 283-7 (12 overs to go)

You can cut the tension with the proverbial at Derby. Three more wickets needed with 12 overs remaining.

Worcestershire trail by 30 so if they hit a few shots and get ahead they'll reduce the time they have to survive by two overs.

But they don't seem to be thinking along those lines and instead are just trying to block the ball out until the close.

  16. Postpublished at 17:42 BST 6 April

    Yorks 201-5 - target 295

Timm van der Gugten's line is awry and Yorkshire adds foru to the total - George Hill shapes to glance but doesn't make contact and it's leg byes.

Mason Crane is back for the next one.

  17. Postpublished at 17:42 BST 6 April

Kent 206-5 (96 balls remaining at Durham)

Just the single off the latest Kemar Roach over to Tawanda Muyeye, who has now put 40 on for this sixth wicket with Chris Benjamin and has 86*.

We're into the final hour, though Durham's over rate is lagging at present.

  18. Postpublished at 17:39 BST 6 April

    Northants 193-9 (54 balls remaining)

Ben Sanderson gets a short one from Jimmy Anderson fourth ball.

Is that a little bit of frustration creeping in? You bet.

He clips the Lancs skipper for four with the fifth ball which will not improve the mood.

He survives the final delivery and has seen off the best Anderson could send down.

Just 54 ball left in the game now.

  19. Postpublished at 17:38 BST 6 April

Kent 205-5 - need 357 to win at Durham

Kasey Aldridge does indeed replace Matty Potts, with Tawanda Muyeye picking up a single to move to 84* with Chris Benjamin helping himself to a pair of twos as Kent pass 200 and surpass their first innings score.

    17 overs remain.

  20. Postpublished at 17:37 BST 6 April

    Yorks 197-5 - target 295

Incredible field for Ben Kellaway at Sophia Gardens.

Seven fielders, including keeper Chris Cooke, surrounding Matthew Revis as he takes strike for another over.

He nudges on past a diving first slip and takes a couple of runs.

    Another 11 overs to come.
