Injury replacement Harry Darley starts nervously with a couple of long hops but then thuds one into Joe Cracknell's pads to take a wicket in his first over.

It ends a stand of 97 which has put Middlesex in control.

    They lead by 254.

    van Buuren b Sales 8 (Northants 465 v Gloucs 268 & 135-5 (f/o))

Now that's what you call an inspired bowling change!

James Sales comes in for his first bowl of the innings and strikes first ball.

It tails back in a little and Graeme van Buuren chops an underedge on to the top of middle stump.

    Another big scalp for Northants.

Gloucestershire's lower order offered little this morning, but they will need to find 60 more to avoid an innings defeat.

  4. 250 runs

350 lead for Yorkshirepublished at 15:41 BST 14 June

    Yorkshire 469 & 150-5 v Warwickshire 263

Yorkshire take seven off a Beau Webster over to take their lead beyond 350.

They'll probably want a lead of 400 plus but should have time to get Warwickshire in around an hour before the close.

  5. Postpublished at 15:41 BST 14 June

    Leics 187 & 223-5 (f/o) Essex 401

We've had drinks and ready to resume, with Jamie Porter in for his 16th over.

The pitch is showing a few signs of uneven bounce as Porter gets ne to spit up at Lewis Hill.

The final balls strays a touch fown leg side and goes for four byes to take the lead to nine.

  6. dropped catch

Dropped catchpublished at 15:41 BST 14 June

    Notts 193 v Somerset 310 & 254-6

Nottinghamshire have put a few down today... and here's another.

A rare short ball from Brett Hutton is smashed out to the boundary by Craig Overton and it goes into the hands of a diving Lyndon James very low down in front of him but it squirms through.

It was a tough chance but it goes down as a fourth dropped catch of the day for Notts.

Liam Livingstone clips it very fine on the legside and it runs all the way down for four.

Livingstone the takes a single to go onto 23 from 32 balls.

Lancashire will be aiming for the psychological boost of getting the runs required below 200.

They need another 229 in total.

  8. wicket

WICKETpublished at 15:37 BST 14 June

    Kellaway lbw Haines 55 (Sussex 521 v Glamorgan 155 & 207-3)

Good innings by Ben Kellaway, but it's over now as Sussex skipper Tom Haines has him leg before.

That jagged back off the pitch and Kellaway is not convinced it would have hit - but he has to go.

Colin Ingram comes in at five on a pair.

One last thing to tell you regarding the Paul Farbrace interview, he is open to staying on at Hove as a part-time director of cricket - three days a week in the summer, two a week in the winter.

    Notts 193 v Somerset 310 & 251-6

First ball with the new ball from Fergus O'Neill... crashed away to the extra cover boundary by Craig Overton.

That was pretty wide of off stump and almost asking to be hit to the rope.

Overton then clips away to square leg for three more. Seven runs from two balls with the new ball and Somerset pass 150.

    The lead is 368.

  11. Injury Replacementpublished at 15:31 BST 14 June

Craig Overton avoids the pair for Somerset and gets off the mark with a single from the final ball of Liam Patterson-White's over.

And now, unsurprisingly, Nottinghamshire will take the new ball.

Fergus O'Neill will come into the attack to take said new ball.

Archie Vaughan comes down the pitch and tries to play a forward block but Liam Patterson-White gets it to spin past the bat and hit off stump.

Vaughan goes for 23 just three balls before Notts are likely to take the new ball.

In comes Craig Overton, who has batted well this season but is looking to avoid a pair in this match.

Unfortunately for the Foxes, they're five wickets down in their second knock.

"He's a very talented lad," says Sussex head coach Paul Farbrace as Glamorgan's Ben Kellaway goes to his 50 from 90 balls faced. "He's played very well in this innings."

A single skewed off the outside edge brings up the half-century as Glamorgan's total reaches 200 - they are still 166 in arrears.

    Bancroft c Harrison b Guthrie 64 (Northants 465 v Gloucs 268 & 114-4 (f/o))

    Calvin Harrison, take a bow!

A lovely delivery from Liam Guthrie (2-36) which holds its line and forces Cameron Bancroft to play.

A thick outside edge is really travelling as second slip Harrison takes a super two-handed grab. The ball was almost past him.

Big wicket that. Graeme van Buuren is in for the second time today.
