    Lancs 160-2 - target 424

Bertie Foreman goes up for the celebrappeal after catching Marcus Harris on the pads.

The Kent spinner is absolutely convinced. The umpire, not so much.

  2. Tough going for Glamorganpublished at 14:51 BST 14 June

    Sussex 521 v Glamorgan 155 & 164-2

    Nick Webb
    BBC Radio Wales

Tough going in the early part of the afternoon for Glamorgan’s third wicket pair of Kiran Carlson and Ben Kellaway, as the visitors work towards knocking off that massive deficit of 366.

Sean Hunt and Jaydev Unadkat have bowled testing spells of left-arm seam from the Cromwell Road end, while off-spinner Jack Carson wheels away economically from the sea end.

Carlson has not looked happy against India’s Unadkat, particularly when hit amidships.

Welsh supporters are hanging on to hope of a repeat of their record-breaking defiance of three years ago, when they batted six sessions and scored 737 to earn an improbable draw.

    Notts 193 v Somerset 310 & 207-5

Archie Vaughan getting in on the act now as he drives through the covers for four off Liam Patterson-White.

    Middx 339 & 134-4 v Worcs 265

Leus du Plooy and Joe Cracknell are putting on a crucial stand.

There still seems enough in this pitch to make any run chase from here look formidable for Worcestershire.

    The lead is 208.

    Well batted, Thomas Rew.

The 18-year-old takes a single off Liam Patterson-White and that's his second half-century in this match.

It's taken him 75 balls with five fours and one six along the way.

WICKETpublished at 14:48 BST 14 June

    Evison lbw b Snater 9 (Leics 187 & 184-5 (f/o) Essex 401)

    Another one bites the dust.

Joey Evison is the victim of yet another pea roller on this pitch. He goes back to play Shane Snater ball which keeps low and wraps him low on the shin in front.

Nothing much the batter could have done. Snater has 2-35.

What is it with pitches keeping low this month?

The Foxes are five down and still need 30 more to avoid an innings defeat.

  9. Postpublished at 14:47 BST 14 June

    Lancs 157-2 - target 424

Four more for Lancashire and Keaton Jennings as he pulls out the reverse sweep once again off Bertie Foreman.

Jennings and Marcus Harris are going along very nicely indeed and Kent really need a wicket to break this partnership which is worth 99.

  10. dropped catch

Dropped catchpublished at 14:47 BST 14 June

    Northants 465 v Gloucs 268 & 91-2 (f/o)

Oof - that's a beauty from Luke Procter.

The skipper pitches it on middle stump and it nips away. Miles Hammond mercifully gets his bat inside the line at the last second.

Then a drop! But it's incredibly harsh to call it a dropped catch.

Procter does take the outside edge with the next ball and it flies low and quickly towards third slip.

George Bartlett leaps to his right and somehow gets a hand to it, but can't get it to stick. Would have been a worldie.

  11. 6 runs

hit by Luxtonpublished at 14:46 BST 14 June

    Yorkshire 469 & 90-4 v Warwickshire 263

What a game Will Luxton is having. He picks up a delivery from Olly Hannon-Dalby for his third maximum of the game.

It seems he's batting on a different pitch from anyone else.

  12. 200 runs

200 up for Somersetpublished at 14:44 BST 14 June

    Notts 193 v Somerset 310 & 200-5

The Somerset lead continues to build.

Archie Vaughan races through for a quick single off Liam Patterson-White and they visitors reach 200.

Notts are already looking at least 317 runs to chase down, plus whatever else Somerset get for these last five wickets.

  13. 6 runs

for Rewpublished at 14:43 BST 14 June

    Notts 193 v Somerset 310 & 198-5

Well just as we were about to say it's been slow going in the past few overs for Somerset, Thomas Rew absolutely hammers Liam Patterson-White down the ground for six.

That's a biggie and another single for Rew takes him within one run of a second 50 in this match.

  14. Postpublished at 14:41 BST 14 June

    Leics 187 & 182-4 (f/o) Essex 401

Shane Snater (1-34) proved a handful this morning for the Leicestershire batters and is back on, replacing Jamie Porter.

He continues his miserly form with a fifth maiden.

  15. 150 runs

150 up for Lancashirepublished at 14:40 BST 14 June

    Lancs 152-2 - target 424

Lancashire are making a good fist of this huge run chase so far, with this partnership worth 94 runs.

They pass 150 in slightly fortunate fashion as Keaton Jennings edges Hasan Mahmud through the slips for four and it's now another 272 needed to win.

  16. Patient century for Harry Camepublished at 14:40 BST 14 June

    Durham 377 v Derbyshire 118 & 210-5 f/o

    Martin Emmerson
    BBC Radio Newcastle

Harry Came reaches 100 for the fourth time in first-class cricket. It comes in a very patient 268 balls and 13x4s.

But he's batted really well - and in difficult circumstances with his side following on.

So far today things have gone well for them because only one wicket has fallen, with nightwatchman Nick Potts out for 42, bowled by Callum Parkinson, five overs before the new ball was due.

  17. Postpublished at 14:38 BST 14 June

    Leics 187 & 182-4 (f/o) Essex 401

Lewis Hill has not settled out there, but that will make him feel a little better as he drives Simon Harmer through the coivers for his first four and goes to 15.

The spinner - who had been smashed for six by Joey Evison in his previous over - almost gets his revenge as Hill edges on to his pads.

The deficit is down to 32.

  18. 100 runs

for Harry Camepublished at 14:35 BST 14 June

    Durham 377 v Derbys 118 & 210-5

Another thick edge but Harry Came doesn't care about that as it flies away for four and carries him to the fourth first-class 100 of his career from 268 balls.

He has been out there for over five and a half hours in a wonderful show of resistance for his team.

They are now just 49 short of clearing the deficit.

  19. Postpublished at 14:34 BST 14 June

    Sussex 521 v Glamorgan 155 & 196-2

Too straight from Jaydev Unadkat and Kiran Carlson is able to flick it fine for four. The Glamorgan skipper moves to 19 not out.

Yorkshire's lead is 285 as Jonny Bairstow marches out to the crease.
