Well, it should've been taken really. It's a tough chance, not the easiest one to take.

    Sco 5-0

They're always difficult running back, but Dani Gibson would back herself to take that.

It's skewed up in the air from Darcey Carter, and Gibson gets two hands to it as she charges back from extra cover but can't cling on. It bounces away for four too, just to really rub salt into the wound.

  5. Sco 1-0published at 0.1 overs

Nicely guided past point by Darcey Carter to get off the mark.

England batter Alice Capsey: "It's brilliant to get to 200, the way that Gibbo and Kemp finished there was awesome, just getting to watch the ball flying all around all parts.

"Looking forward to going back out there and hopefully defending it.

"When I came in, Dunks was flying so it was just about supporting her to begin with, I was just trying to get myself in and find the gaps.

"The key is to just bowl straight, keep it simple and change the pace a bit, you can cash in on anything wide. That'll be the message from the batters who have been out there but we've got an incredible bowling attack and we back them."

England scored 70 runs in the last five overs, powered by a 61-run partnership between Freya Kemp and Dani Gibson.

This is their joint second-highest runs scored in the final five overs at a T20 World Cup, behind only the 73 they scored against Sri Lanka earlier in this edition.

    Cheers, Elizabeth.

That was a very entertaining finish from Dani Gibson and Freya Kemp, who are fulfilling their roles to perfection at the moment.

For Scotland, they need to put any disappointments about their fielding innings to the side. This'll take something special.

I was desperate to see these two, I've been desperate for it all tournament. That is what they are capable of.

What a partnership and what a treat for this Headingley crowd. You just have to be here to appreciate how good that was.

This is not a good scenario - Scotland could've easily avoided it.

Kirstie Gordon will be kicking herself and Kathryn Bryce will be kicking herself even more. Not a good decision and Scotland have paid for it dearly. The momentum now is massively with England.

  20. Eng 182-5published at 19 overs

An over to forget for Kirstie Gordon and Scotland.

Dani Gibson's three walloped boundaries are followed by a single, a crunched four for Freya Kemp, and a two.

21 runs off the 19th over, 41 runs off the past 12 balls.
