Considering the favourable bowling conditions at Lord's, London Spirit will be happy to pick up a new-ball specialist in David Willey.

No bowler in the history of the Men's Hundred has has taken more wickets in the first 25 balls of the innings than David Willey's 24 wickets.

He also adds some batting depth and variety, as a left-hander with the bat and left-armer with the ball.

Manchester Super Giants signing Gus Atkinson has played just eight Hundred matches so far, taking 10 wickets at an average of 22 while conceding at 1.67 runs per ball.

Along with injury concerns, the England international's availability could be questionable with Test duties often preceding the Hundred, hence a slightly lower price than expected of £70,000.

Saqib Mahmood makes his way up to Birmingham Phoenix for £150,000 to become their first frontline bowler signing.

In T20s since the start of 2024, Saqib has taken 25 powerplay wickets at an average of 21 while conceding at just 1.35 runs per ball.

Injuries have been a persistent problem for Saqib Mahmood and could explain his slightly lower price, he's made just 18 Hundred appearances to date.
