  1. Sack!published at 00:29 GMT 26 January

Los Angeles Rams 6-10 Seattle Seahawks - second quarter

Sam Darnold is sacked this time for a further loss of eight yards and the Seahawks are going to have to punt the ball away.

The Rams sacked Darnold four times in the week 16 meeting here.

Heart in mouths on the Rams sideline as the booming punt it dropped, but then gathered and Matthew Stafford will ge the ball, albeit well backed up.

There doesn't look too much wrong with the snap to Sam Darnold, operating out of the shotgun, but he bobbles it and loses seven yards as he turns and dives on the loose ball.

    NFL have your say

These teams are extremely well-matched; the cumulative points and yardage from the regular season games prove it. It comes down to the quarterbacks: Stafford's MVP play vs Darnold's redemption. The slight edge is Seattle's run game. Either way, whoever wins this game is the favourite for the Super Bowl. I'm taking a rematch of SB 49, and Seattle wins it

Harrison Mevis makes no mistake from 50 yards out to cut the gap to four.

Another couple of good plays on that drive but it just stalls at the crucial moment - possibly unlucky too as the previous play Davante Adams probably should've had a penalty as his defender was early on him, and then the missed facemask on Matthew Stafford too.

  5. Sack!published at 00:22 GMT 26 January

Los Angeles Rams 3-10 Seattle Seahawks - second quarter

At last the Seahawks finally sack Matthew Stafford at the third game of asking, with Demarcus Lawrence getting his hands on him.

Seattle are lucky as there's a grab of the facemask that the refs somehow miss, so the play stands and the Rams will try a field goal.

  6. Deadly Davantepublished at 00:20 GMT 26 January

Los Angeles Rams 3-10 Seattle Seahawks - second quarter

Davante Adams is not just a red zone threat these days and he shows with a great catch on a crossing route that he takes for 23 yards right down the middle.

Los Angeles Rams 3-10 Seattle Seahawks - first quarter

Kyren Williams gets his first big run of the game with 11 yards to pick up the first down in the final play of the quarter,

Pretty much all Seahawks in the first 15 minutes but it's only a touchdown lead they have so far.

And remember Sean McVay has won both his previous NFC Championship games, and was 10 points down in both of them.

  9. field goal

Los Angeles Rams 3-10 Seattle Seahawks - first quarter

The drive stalls there so Jason Myers boots a 27 yarder to extend Seattle's lead back to seven.

It's been a tremendous first quarter for Seattle so far, with Sam Darnold slinging it and Kenneth Walker looking borderline unstoppable both on the run and also on those short screen passes that have been so effective.

Just allowing a field goal will feel like a bit of a win for the Rams as they've allowed a touchdown in seven of the previous eight red zone trips by their opponents.

Los Angeles Rams 3-7 Seattle Seahawks - first quarter

Sam Darnold misses the throw for the touchdown as the Seahawks fans, and players, wants a flag for pass interference, but if anything it should've been called the other way as AJ Barner almost took his defender's head off with a stiff arm.

  11. What a catch!published at 00:08 GMT 26 January

Los Angeles Rams 3-7 Seattle Seahawks - first quarter

Feels like we're watching a highlight reel here as Jaxon Smith-Njigba takes a wonderful one-handed catch as he's steaming towards the sideline.

It's such a casual manner as he sticks out a hand and the ball just sticks in his grasp, all while he's sprinting at full speed across the field.

We've got Kenneth Walker breaking ankles and now this. Champagne stuff.

Oh wow, Kennetth Walker just pulled off a nasty little side step that had Omar Speights off buying a hotdog in the stands as he ghisted past him with ease.

What a move that was by Walker who has started this game like a train.

It is unbelievable what this guy [Puka Nacua] can do. He wants to be physical and compete for the ball. It is so difficult to cover guys like this.

Los Angeles Rams 3-7 Seattle Seahawks - first quarter

Harrison Mevis drills a 44-yard field goal to get the Rams on the board from a nice little settler of a drive for LA.

They'd have liked to extend that drive but it was important to just get some points on the board to try and quieten this crowd down a bit - although these 12s in Seattle can go for the full 60 minutes, don't worry about that.

  16. Postpublished at 23:58 GMT 25 January

The third down throw from Matthew Stafford is off target and LA will go for a field goal try.

  17. Huge play!published at 23:57 GMT 25 January

Los Angeles Rams 0-7 Seattle Seahawks - first quarter

I tell you what matthew Stafford;s got in the locker, he's got a 44-yard bomb down the righr sideline to Puka Nacua, that's what.

Great catch from Nacua too - who had 225 yards in the week 16 meeting here against the Hawks.

Big test this for Matthew Stafford, down seven early against the number one scoring defence in an absolutely pulsating atmosphere with Lumen Field rocking.

What's the would-be MVP got in the locker?

Touchdown - Seahawkspublished at 23:50 GMT 25 January

Los Angeles Rams 0-7 Seattle Seahawks - first quarter

Perfect start for the Seahawks as Kenneth Walker sprints into the corner of the end zone for the opening touchdown.

It's a brilliant bounce out by Walker, who looks like he;s steaming up the gut in between the tackles, but hits the breaks then bounces out to the right and once he gets to the edge nobody is catching him in a race to the pylon.
