Impressive demolition of the Jaguars there by Matthew Stafford and the Rams.

They move to 5-2 and top the NFC West from the 49ers and Seahawks (both 4-2).

Are they primed for a run at the Super Bowl this season?

  2. Bears looking for four in a rowpublished at 17:59 BST 19 October 2025

New Orleans Saints @ Chicago Bears

Amazingly, the Chicago Bears have won their last two games by the exact same 25-24 scoreline. That's the only thing more surprising them then stringing three straights wins together after a shaky start to the season.

Ben Johnson looks to be getting Caleb Williams comfortable running his offence and after what he did with Detroit's attack the Bears fans have every right to be hopeful of them pushing on from here.

And at home to the 1-5 Saints looks a decent tie to maintain their winning run, with New Orleans getting beaten at home by the Patriots last week.

  3. Could Rice return boost Chiefs?published at 17:59 BST 19 October 2025

Las Vegas Raiders @ Kansas City Chiefs (18:00 BST)

Vegas ended a four-game losing streak last week, but it was against the Titans, and they've a rotten recent run against their divisional rivals, losing nine of the past 10 and 14 of 16.

And the Chiefs could just be turning the corner going by their much improved performance in a comprehensive win of the talented Detroit Lions last week.

Patrick Mahomes looked sharp with more confidence in receivers suchs as Xavier Worthy, Hollywood Brown and JuJu Smith-Schuster - and this week he gets Rashee Rice back from suspension.

Things look to be heading in the right direction in KC.

  4. Panthers eye hat-trick in New Yorkpublished at 17:59 BST 19 October 2025

Carolina Panthers @ New York Jets (18:00 BST)

Don't look now, but the Carolina Panthers are on a roll! They've won two in a row now to improve to 3-3 for the season, so a visit to the 0-6 Jets shouldn't be too much of a worry.

The Panthers look to slowly be turning things around with Bryce Young at quarterback, as they look to end a seven-year play-off drought that's the second longest in the league.

The Jets though have spent twice as long on the outside looking in on the play-offs, and a loss here would drop them to 0-7 for just the third time in team history, but the second in five years.

  5. Titans cut ties with Callahanpublished at 17:56 BST 19 October 2025

New England Patriots @ Tennessee Titans (18:00 BST)

'The learning curve was too much'

This game was supposed to be about former Titans head coach Mike Vrabel returning to Tennessee, but instead it's about the Titans firing their head coach Brian Callahan after a poor start to the season.

Callahan went 1-5 after the team drafted Cam Ward with the first pick of the draft, and the team obviously didn't see enough potential to improve.

Things may not improve tonight either against the 4-2 Patriots who are riding a three-game winning streak with Drake Maye playing great in his second season.

  6. Season over already?published at 17:56 BST 19 October 2025

    Miami Dolphins @ Cleveland Browns

A match-up between two 1-5 teams may not be the most promising on the slate but bear with us.

Dire on offense but dominant in defence, the Browns are a tough nut to crack at home. Expect last season's Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett and company to apply significant pressure to this Dolphins offense.

Last week, quarterback Tua Tagovailoa almost led Miami to a fourth quarter comeback win over the Los Angeles Chargers only to fall short.

He'll need to be on top form to get any joy in Cleveland.

  7. Sunday Schedule - what's next?published at 17:55 BST 19 October 2025

    (18:00 BST unless stated)

Right, that's the starter done, now the main course, and six more games kicking off in a few minutes and four coming up from 21:00 BST.

Some tasty ties in here too..

    • Miami Dolphins @ Cleveland Browns
    • New England Patriots @ Tennessee Titans

    • Atlanta Falcons @ San Francisco 49ers (01:20)
  8. Game over!published at 17:54 BST 19 October 2025

Los Angeles Rams 35-7 Jacksonville Jaguars

And that's the game. That was never really in doubt from the first couple of drives when the Rams scored two touchdowns and the Jags had to punt it away.

From then on it was a similar story throughout - with the Jags pretty toothless in attack and making too many mistakes so roundly being second best in all phases of the game.

The Rams look like a decent team but in truth they never had to do much to get their rewards, and the Jags will want to forget this latest London trip as soon as possible.

  9. Victory formationpublished at 17:49 BST 19 October 2025

Los Angeles Rams 35-7 Jacksonville Jaguars

Trevor Lawrence throws into the end zone but it's incomplete and that'll be the ball game, just a few kneeldowns from the Rams now to settle this emphatic victory up.

  10. Two-minute warningpublished at 17:45 BST 19 October 2025

Los Angeles Rams 35-7 Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jags in the red zone but facing a third-and-13, it's likely four down territory for them at this stage though.

  11. Hunter over a hundredpublished at 17:43 BST 19 October 2025

Los Angeles Rams 35-7 Jacksonville Jaguars

Travis Hunter takes in a 16-yard catch and that puts him over 100 yards receiving for the games - his first 100-yard game in the NFL!

Yes, a lot of that has come in garbage time, but the stat book won't show that.

  12. Postpublished at 17:38 BST 19 October 2025

Los Angeles Rams 35-7 Jacksonville Jaguars

It's a little quiet inside Wembley Stadium now, with plenty of empty seats as fans stream out to go and get in the queue for the tube.

Trevor Lawrence is still driving though with a couple of first downs - it may be garbage time stat padding but it can help to find some form in a game that's already lost.

  13. 'Whose house?'published at 17:36 BST 19 October 2025

They say London is the Jaguars' second home.

Well, the Rams fans around us have just been chanting "whose house? Rams house!"

They have absolutely bossed it today.

  14. touchdown

    Touchdown - Ramspublished at 17:32 BST 19 October 2025

Los Angeles Rams 35-7 Jacksonville Jaguars

It's the hat-trick for Davante Adams! We said you just don't leave this guy in single coverage down by the goalline, but the Jags have done it again and again Adams has proven how good he is.

He doesn't really get open, but the back shoulder throw enables him to stop and rise up above the defender and claim the ball with some of the strongest hands in the NFL.

  15. Postpublished at 17:31 BST 19 October 2025

Los Angeles Rams 28-7 Jacksonville Jaguars

It's all a bit messy now, timeouts, penalties, and the Rams camped out in the red zone.

  16. Postpublished at 17:28 BST 19 October 2025

Los Angeles Rams 28-7 Jacksonville Jaguars

Non-NFL fans often complain of too many stoppages, which I always defend, but then we have back-to-back timeouts with one team 21 points in front with six minutes left in the game and, well, I get it....

  17. Postpublished at 17:26 BST 19 October 2025

Los Angeles Rams 28-7 Jacksonville Jaguars

A delay of game against the Rams stretches a third-and-two by five yards, but Kyren Williams gets nine yards and a first down.

Exactly what you want to do to run down the clock with a big lead - run the ball, pick up first downs if you can but keep those seconds ticking away.

  18. Postpublished at 17:26 BST 19 October 2025

Los Angeles Rams 28-7 Jacksonville Jaguars

The onside kick almost comes up trumps for the Jags as there's a fumble by the Rams, but despite some teal jerseys being in the area nobody can get their hands on the ball.

  19. Another step in right direction for Hunterpublished at 17:25 BST 19 October 2025

Los Angeles Rams 28-7 Jacksonville Jaguars

    Ben Collins

Jaguars head coach Liam Coen spoke this week of scheming more plays for Travis Hunter on offence.

The two-way rookie had a quiet first half but the Jags have managed to get him more involved in the second. All of his six catches have come after half-time, giving him a total of 85 yards - his highest single-game tally to date.

That includes 37 yards after the catch, demonstrating his ability to do even greater damage with the ball in hands, which quarterback Trevor Lawrence also highlighted.

This isn't quite the breakthrough performance Hunter would have hoped for, but it's another big step in the right direction as he aims to establish himself as an NFL superstar.

  20. touchdown

    Touchdown - Jaguarspublished at 17:19 BST 19 October 2025

Los Angeles Rams 28-7 Jacksonville Jaguars

Finally! With the game pretty much done and dusted, Trevor Lawrence starts to sling it about a bit, and we finally see something from Travis Hunter, as he races across the field to collect a pass in stride over the middle and scamper into the end zone for a 34-yard touhdown.

That's a first NFL touchdown for two-way college star Hunter, who has had a quiet start to his rookie season, but will take a huge amount of confidence from that nicely taken catch and run.

That's what he's all about, using his speed and elusiveness to get open.
