Ingredients
2 potatoes
A bit of flour
A beaten egg
Cooking oil to fry

Method

1. Grate the potatoes.
2. Put in a clean tea towel and squeeze out as much water as you can.
3. Mix with the beaten egg and if its too runny add some of the flour.
4. Make into little patties and fry until golden.
