Ingredients
alb of potatoes
1 and half lb of leeks
Salt
Butter and milk
Cheese

Method

1. Peel and boil potatoes in salted water.
2. Clean and Chop and cook leeks, cook in a separate pan.
3. Mash the potatoes with milk and butter
4. Drain the leeks and stir into mashed potato.
5. Put leek and potato mixture into an ovenproof casserole dish.
6. Grate some cheese on top and put under a moderate grill for a few minutes to brown

Tip: It's delicious on it's own, or serve with sausages. Yummy
