Trust is paramount, together with a common philosophy and a shared ethical view of the world. Then, of course competence is required for the post concerned, with each post requiring different skills. So, our firm needs a mosaic of people with the same ideas but different skills.
More important than trust, we need a common philosophy even if there is no common ethical view of the world. Then, of course different posts need at times similar competences. So, our firm needs people having the different ideas but similar skills.
