Jersey Pottery
Gorey Village, Grouville
Open all year round
The Pottery has a museum and a showroom devoted to the craft of pottery. Visitors can walk through the pottery itself and discover how the pieces are made, before entering the showroom to buy a piece themselves. Children can have a go at Glaze Craze, and paint their own piece of pottery. There are also 2 restaurants.
 
Bouchet Agateware Pottery
Haut du Marais Forge, Rue des Marettes, St. Ouen
Open all year round
This is the only Agateware pottery in the world. Jerseyman Tony Bouchet makes all kinds of items from plates to jewellery, all closely resembling semi-precious stones.
 
La Mare Vineyards
St. Mary
Closed during the winter
La Mare takes visitors through the process of winemaking and distilling, with tours of the vines, orchards, winery, distillery and cooperage. There is also a shop selling Jersey apple brandy, as well as marmalades, jams and mustards, among other things. For children there is an adventure playground.
 
Jersey Lavender Farm
Rue du Pont Marquet, St. Brelade
Closed during the winter
This is a working farm devoted to the cultivation and steam distillation of lavender and other oils. The whole process is explained from cultivation to perfumes and toiletries.
 
Treasures of the Earth
La Route de L'Etacq, St. Ouen
Closed end of November until mid-February
Here there are exhibitions of gems, crystals and fossils, including the largest amethyst geode in the world. There is also a goldsmith and gem cutter workshop, and a gift shop.
