| The
Pottery has a museum and a showroom devoted to the craft of
pottery. Visitors can walk through the pottery itself and discover
how the pieces are made, before entering the showroom to buy
a piece themselves. Children can have a go at Glaze Craze, and
paint their own piece of pottery. There are also 2 restaurants.

is the only Agateware pottery in the world. Jerseyman Tony Bouchet
makes all kinds of items from plates to jewellery, all closely
resembling semi-precious stones. |

| La
Mare takes visitors through the process of winemaking and distilling,
with tours of the vines, orchards, winery, distillery and cooperage.
There is also a shop selling Jersey apple brandy, as well as
marmalades, jams and mustards, among other things. For children
there is an adventure playground. |

is a working farm devoted to the cultivation and steam distillation
of lavender and other oils. The whole process is explained from
cultivation to perfumes and toiletries. |

| Here
there are exhibitions of gems, crystals and fossils, including
the largest amethyst geode in the world. There is also a goldsmith
