Likitoci sun yi bayanin cewa gwanda na ƙunshe da sinadaran da ke ƙara wa ɗan'adam lafiyar jiki, musamman ma ido.

Bugu da ƙari, likitar ido Aisha Shariff Kalambe ta ce gwanda na da sinadarin vitamin C mai yawa.

"Idan mutum ya ci yankan gwanda sau ɗaya a rana ya ishe shi ya samu vitamin C da yake buƙata," in ji ta.
