Rwanda: Impamvu babona uyu munsi wahariwe Yoga ku isi

"…[Yoga] ni uburyo bwuzuye bwo gusingira amagara n'ubuzima bwiza. Si imyitozo gusa ahubwo ni ukuvumbura ubwawe uwo uri we, isi n'ibiyikikije".

Ako ni agace mu ijambo rya minisitiri w'intebe w'Ubuhinde Narendra Modi yabwiye inteko ya ONU/UN tariki 27/09/ 2014 ayisaba kwemeza umunsi mpuzamahanga wa Yoga.

Abantu benshi ku isi uyu munsi barizihiza ku nshuro ya karindwi umunsi mpuzamahanga wa Yoga, ariko kuwizihiza birongera kuba bidakomeye nanone kubera Covid.

Marie Rose Uwineza ukora akanigisha Yoga i Kigali, avuga ko kuba imfubyi byatumye abana igihe kirekire n'ibikomere agahora mu ntekerezo z'ibyahise, mbere yo gukizwa na Yoga "ngasingira ejo hazaza kandi mbere ntaharebaga".

Yoga ni umurage wa cyera cyane w'Ubuhinde ugizwe n'uruhurirane rw'imyitozo y'umubiri, roho (soul) na gatekerezi (mind) igamije kunga ubumwe bw'ibyo bitatu bigize umuntu.

"Iyo umuntu yabashije kugera kuri urwo rwego rero nta kintu na kimwe ushaka utageraho mu buzima usibye ko usanga utanakeneye byinshi. Abantu bashyizeho uyu munsi ibyo bintu barabiroye babona ni iby'agaciro."

Yoga ikiza umuntu?

Ikorwa mu myitozo y'ibice bitatu: guhumeka ugashyitsa mu nda, imyitozo ngororamubiri, n'umwitozo wo gutuza (meditation), muri uwo mwitozo niho hazamo ibintu byinshi birimo no kwiyaturiraho ibintu byiza, nk'uko Mazimpaka abivuga.

Ibi yemeza ko babibona no ku kigo akuriye kiri mu mujyi wa Kigali cyigisha Yoga ababishaka nta kiguzi, kandi ko izo mpinduka badatinda kuzibona.

Ati: "Nanjye hari ibintungura, hari nk'umuntu waje kundeba ngo bamubwiye ko Yoga ikiza kugira umunabi (angoisse) yari umudamu watakaje umwana ntiyashobora kongera gusama, dukoranye amezi atatu arampamagara arambwira ati 'narasamye'…ambwira uko ibintu byose byari bimeze mbere.

"Hari ibijya biba mu ishuri umuntu akambwira ati 'gusinzira byarananiye', iyo ambwiye ibyo mba nzi ibyo ndi bumutoze, nkajya kubona nkabona turangije yasinziriye aho hasi araryamye."

"Ubu ndaseka nkayoberwa n'ibinsekeje"

Marie Rose Uwineza wiciwe ababyeyi be muri jenoside mu 1994, yatangiye gukora Yoga mu 2016, avuga ko mbere yaho atakundaga siporo ndetse atashoboraga no kwiruka metero 500.

Ati: "Ntangiye gukora Yoga numvise nagenda mpinduka, umunsi wa kabiri nakoze Yoga nasinziriye nk'agahinja, nagiye numva ibintu byose bijya ku murongo.

"Mbere, ntabwo nabashaga kureba ngo ejo hanjye hameze gute, nta nubwo numvaga nzarangiza kwiga, nyuma yo kumenya Yoga nibwo natangiye kubona ndi gusingira ejo hazaza kandi mbere ntaharebaga."

Uwineza ubwe yitoza nibura gatatu mu cyumweru, avuga ko inyungu ikomeye yakuye muri Yoga ari ukuba ubu afite ubuzima bushya.

Ati: "Narahindutse mu buryo buboneka, mbere sinavugaga, ubu ndaseka nkayoberwa n'ibinsekeje kandi ntabwo byajyaga bimbaho."

Mu kwezi kwa 12/2014 ibihugu 177 muri ONU byemeje ishyirwaho ry'umunsi wa Yoga ku isi tariki 21/06 buri mwaka, ni wo munsi izuba rizora amasaha menshi kurusha indi yose y'umwaka mu gice cy'isi cya ruguru.

Uyu munsi kuwa mbere, yavuze ko Yoga yabaye icyizere kuri miliyoni z'abantu bari bahanganye n'iki cyorezo.

Ati: "Nta gihugu cyari cyiteguye ubwo Covid-19 yateraga. Muri ibi bihe bikomeye, twese twabonye ko Yoga yabaye inkomoko ikomeye yo kwigirira icyizere."
