  9. Chris Middleton; 'We basically bossed the court'published at 20:30 BST 9 May 2016

    You may recognise Chris Middleton from documentary The Road to the Games. Since arriving in Florida, he's been tearing up the court as part of the wheelchair basketball and wheelchair rugby teams.

    In the preliminary heats, both teams owned the competition - and they'll face Denmark in both sports for the semi-finals.

    He's the 70-year-old recipient of the American military's medal of honour - and a legend in the US army for his efforts in Vietnam in the sixties.

    He shared his amazement with us about the games, and his "rock star" status among the US veterans in attendance.

    "Can I lead you into temptation?" That's the opening gambit Kath Ryan employs - brandishing an armful of cake -  when she first meets the wounded service men and women on her rounds at Headley Court Military Hospital and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.

    She's such a hit with the UK Armed Forces Team here at the games, that the wheelchair rugby team managed to get her out to Orlando to support them.

    In this video, Kath explains why she started baking, and why she thinks the Invictus Games are so important.
