This picture is taken in the very centre of a famous set of sculptures by Wakefield's very own sculptor Barbara Hepworth. It's called the Family of Man and can be found at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park.

If you ever want to see some great art then there's no need to go to London, Florence or Rome - you can find plenty on your doorstep there.

The sculptures are really accessible, set amid some beautiful West Yorkshire scenery in rolling parkland. If you think we're overstating the case then go along to Bretton Hall on a sunny day like we did and judge for yourself!
