All tickets for Radio 2 in the Park will be in the form of In App digital tickets, which will be sent to the purchaser within 2 weeks of the event, and no later than 3 days before. You can access your digital tickets in the Radio 2 in the Park App, using the same log in details (email address and password) used to purchase your tickets on Ticketmaster.co.uk. You will be required to show your digital tickets on entry to the event.
Tickets will not be emailed to you or available for print.
If you’re having problems accessing your digital tickets, please contact Ticketmaster Customer Service.
Refunds will only be considered if the event is cancelled or postponed.
If you can no longer attend the event, you can resell your tickets at face value or less through Ticketmaster’s fan-to-fan ticket exchange platform. Fan-to-fan which will open on Wednesday 8th July.
There will be a wide range of food traders in operation at this event selling both hot and cold food and sweet and savoury snacks. The food offering will include options for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free customers. Please visit our Food and Drink page for more information.
We will be operating a Challenge 25 Policy and you may be asked for ID to verify your age when purchasing alcohol. We accept the following forms of ID: a valid passport; a valid EU photo card driving licence; or a photographic ID card with the National Proof of Age Standards Scheme – PASS hologram.
With the exception of children aged 2 years and under all those attending the event will need a valid ticket. PLEASE NOTE that anybody aged under 18 MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be requested upon entry.
Parents and/or guardians are responsible for assessing whether the festival line-up, content, and atmosphere are appropriate for their child. While we strive to create an inclusive experience, some performances or environments may contain loud music, strong language, or other content that may not be suitable for younger attendees. Please review the line-up and event details before purchasing a ticket.
Security & Searches:
Event security at Radio 2 in the Park will be briefed to permit those with babies / small children to bring larger bags into the arena – all bags will still be subject to a full search.
Buggies will also be permitted entry on to site and will be subject to searching. Please speak to the Security Supervisor at the main entrance if you have any questions.
There will be a welfare tent within the arena where baby changing facilities will be available.
Buggies & Pushchairs:
Buggies and pushchairs are allowed at this event. However, we strongly recommend that attendees be mindful that areas near the Main Stage will be extremely crowded, making it difficult to navigate with a buggy. For safety reasons, buggies may need to be moved to less crowded areas if necessary.
Please note child ‘pull along’ wagons/carts are not permitted at this event
Baby changing facilities are available within the event area and will be situated in the toilet units and at the onsite welfare tent. As well as Breast Feeding and Milk Extraction space. Take a look at the welfare page for what is available

Radio 2 In The Park will be broadcast live on Radio 2 and BBC Sounds across the weekend, with performances available to watch live and on demand on BBC iPlayer.
The event will operate as a contactless site, you can pay with debit card & Apple/Google pay.
Yes, but please be aware professional photography equipment such as zoom lenses are not allowed into the venue. Please also note that selfie sticks will not be permitted at Radio 2 in the Park. A list of prohibited items can be found in the Terms and Conditions.
Official Radio 2 in the Park t-shirts, hoodies and programmes are available to pre-order at a discounted rate in advance of the event when purchasing your Radio 2 in the Park tickets. Pre-orders can be collected from the marquee next to the merchandise trailer - this can be identified on the site map via the 't-shirt' symbol as you enter from the Main Entrance. You will need to provide your name and order number.
There will also be a merchandise stall onsite at the event with a full range of stock available to purchase.
You may only bring a chair if you have purchased a 'Bring Your Own Chair' or 'VIP' ticket. Take a look at the chair policy on the what to bring page
There will be no public camping permitted within City Park.
Only assistance dogs will be allowed for pre-registered access customers who have purchased tickets. See above for information regarding accessibility.

We are not currently looking for volunteers or work experience staff but details of general work experience placements and vacancies across the BBC are advertised on the BBC Careers website.
We are not looking for any more bands to play this year, but if you’re an artist wanting to get your music heard, make sure you upload your music to BBC Introducing.
