Ten candidates for senator polls
Jersey voters now have at least 10 candidates from which to choose six senators in the October elections.

Town cafe owner and former Jersey Democratic Alliance member Gino Risoli is the second person to declare his candidacy this week.

He joins Live8 organiser and former vice chairman of the Jersey Heritage Trust Freddie Cohen, the other candidate to declare this week.

In the contest for Deputies, Anne Pryke has said she will stand in Trinity.

The Jersey Hospice Homecare sister hopes to win the seat from sitting Deputy, David Crespel, who will be retiring after 15 years in the States.
