Plymouth Argyle have announced that Northern Ireland goalkeeper Conor Hazard will leave at the end of his contract.

The 28-year-old played 91 times for the Pilgrims over a three-year spell after joining from Scottish side Celtic in the summer of 2023.

He was first choice for much of his first season as Michael Cooper recovered from a serious knee injury.

But he missed four months of his second season after having ankle surgery, while he missed the start of this season following a knee problem sustained on international duty.

His final Argyle appearance was the 2-1 win over Port Vale on 25 April, when he was sent off after five minutes for handling the ball outside the area.

Plymouth Argyle striker Owen Oseni made his international debut for Nigeria in their 2-0 win over Zimbabwe on Tuesday night.

The 23-year-old was sent on as a 77th-minute substitute by the Super Eagles in their Unity Cup semi-final, played at Charlton Athletic.

Millwall's Femi Azeez scored a goal in each half to secure victory.

Nigeria will face either Jamaica or India in the final on Saturday before they go on to play friendlies against Poland and Portugal next month ahead of the World Cup in the United States.

Republic of Ireland-born Oseni, who scored 10 goals in his first season with League One side Argyle, qualifies for Nigeria through his father.
