I thought I noticed Maja Chwalinska stretching her legs in the previous game. I think she wants to see the doctor rather than the physio.

Oh no. The doctor is out and attending to Maja Chwalinska.

Not sure what the issue is, but it would be a real shame if this match has to end early because of illness or injury.

What a start to this second set from Maja Chwalinska. She gets the early break and suddenly it seems like a long way back for Diana Shnaider.

But. The Russian did fight back from a 6-3 4-1 down against the world number one yesterday, so don't rule her out just yet.

Diana Shnaider, as expected, takes a bit of time off court after losing that first set.

Maja Chwalinska looks as calm as can be as she snacks on a banana. You wouldn't be able to tell that this is the biggest match of her life.

Even if she ends up losing this match, what an unbelievable run she has had in Paris.

The first semi-final between Kostyuk and Andreeva lasted one hour and 16 minutes in total.

These two took longer to play the first set!

That's a testament to the closeness of this battle and the tenacity shown by both players.

Good fun which the Poles here are particularly lapping up.
