This is too easy for Jack Draper. Viktor Durasovic's forehands are far too short.

Viktor Durasovic has got to make Jack Draper question himself, but this is already very concerning for him.

Oh that's cruel! Viktor Durasovic was ready and waiting for that Jack Draper return, but the ball clips the net cord and trickles over to the Norwegian's side of the court with him rooted the baseline.

Oh dear. It doesn't look like things are going to get much better for Viktor Durasovic, who double faults to gift Jack Draper an early chance to break in this second set.

Impressive first set from Jack Draper, who dropped just four points behind his serve.

A booming serve sets Jack Draper up nicely to swat away the return to the corner of the court, while Viktor Durasovic sends the next one wide.

Draper's progress is slowed down thanks to a backhand into the net, and then a double fault, but he gets the job done in the end.

That only took him 27 minutes. Not a bad way to return from injury!

The serve comes up clutch for Viktor Durasovic and he stays alive in this opening set.

But for how long? Jack Draper will try to serve it out now.

A couple of unforced errors fly off Viktor Durasovic's racquet before he hammers down a blistering service winner and then a sublime lob, that Jack Draper applauds with a thumbs up.

But the British number one finds a backhand winner to bring us to deuce.

Even Jack Draper's second serve is too much for Viktor Durasovic to deal with and now the Norwegian will have to serve to stay in the set.

This is a really impressive start for Jack Draper. It doesn't look like it's his first competitive match since August.

Viktor Durasovic gets Jack Draper running, sending him to one side of the court and then the other. But it's the British number one who comes out on top at the end of the lengthy rally, landing a superb forehand winner.

That sends him on his way to another comfortable service hold.

But is there a problem for the world number 13? Draper looked like he was trying to stretch out his back at the end of that game.

That will help settle any nerves for Draper after a five-month injury lay off.

Oh that is lovely. Viktor Durasovic makes his way to the net, but Jack Draper squeezes in a brilliant backhand pass out of the Norwegian's reach to go 0-30 up.

There he is! Jack Draper gets on the board with a very solid service game, sprinkling in a couple of aces here and there to hold to love.

A bit rusty perhaps? Jack Draper hits the first two points long before Viktor Durasovic lands a forehand winner for a 40-0 lead.

And another miss from the British number one gives Durasovic the hold to 15.

It will be interesting to see what kind of shape Jack Draper is in this evening.

Before his injury woes, he had been enjoying a breakout season, reaching the fourth round at the Australian Open and French Open, winning a maiden Masters 1000 title in Indian Wells, and climbing to a career-high ranking of four in June.

The two national anthems have been belted out in the Nadderud Arena and the players are out on court warming up, so we'll be under way very shortly.

There's a section of British fans kitted out with Union flags and bucket hats, and they're already roaring out Jack Draper’s name.
