    FT: Sake 21-26 Glasgow

Great to see him pop over to see and speak to the small number of Glasgow fans who have braved a long journey south on a filthy night.

Anyway, that is us for tonight, but we will be back tomorrow for a plethora of tasty=looking matches, starting with Saracens v Clermont Auvergne at 13:00 GMT.

    We''ll see you then!

Looking at Sione Tuipulotu's tattoo, he's clearly a big fan of Lauryn Hill. Every day's a learning day...

    FT: Sale 21-26 Glasgow

Sione Tuipulotu speaking to Premier Sports: "The first 20 mins, the wind was challenging and knew we could not kick the ball. It was a game of two halves with the wind, we knew if we could maybe score before the half, and we scored twice, I felt we would have the momentum and put it on them.

"We spoke in the week about coming to a different venue and having to win the hard way. The weather did that tonight, it might not have looked as pretty as on our astro pitch back home, but I thought the work in the first 20-30 minutes laid the platform the last 40-odd."

    FT: Sale 21-26 Glasgow

Sale do get a single bonus point, but they were well on the way to a maximum return before it went badly wrong. It was a real head-scratcher.

    FT: Sale 21-26 Glasgow

Glasgow get a bonus point into the bargain, and they look understandably delighted.

There are no signs of the bad blood from earlier as the two sides mingle after the whistle, with Tom Curry and Sione Tuipulotu having a friendly chat.

    Sale 21-26 Glasgow

Warriors are keeping the ball in hand to eat up some time off the clock. They're keeping it at close quarters, until Sake turn it over.

They hoof it downfield, but McKay does superbly with a pick up and run back to the halfway line.

    Sale 21-26 Glasgow

Sale are running it back every time, there's nothing to be gained from kicking into the wind and if Glasgow are tiring it could work.

There's a head to head collision between Louw and Josh McKay, with a bit of blood on the Glasgow full-back's face that needs a head bandage. Thankfully, he's OK and the game resumes quickly.

Gurshwin Wehr comes in off the left wing with a double-step move that sees him slip over after making a few yards into the Glasgow half. The noise levels went up a notch when the sub got the ball.

Maybe the wind isn't much of an advantage now, and perhaps Glasgow have blown themselves out a touch?

    Marius Louw (con: du Preez)

Excellent work from Sale, they went left with a slicing run from Tom O’Flaherty, then they repeatedly tried to rumble over until the centre Marius Louw powered over by the posts for a converted try that puts them back in touching distance.

It's all calmed down, maybe they all just needed to blow off some steam.

    Sale 14-26 Glasgow.

Sale move it left, but they pop the ball up nicely for Glasgow's Sam Talakai to trundle out of defence.

And now we have a bit of shilly-shallying on halfway as most of both sides get into a shoving and punching match, with Tom Curry and Raffi Quirke flying off the pitch into the edge of the tunnel area.

Some obstruction by Glasgow after a Gus Warr box kick gives Sale a chance to claw back into the game as they get a lineout near the Glasgow 22.
