    Ben Spencer (con: Finn Russell)

A lovely score from Bath as Max Ojomoh and Alfie Barbeary make the early space to get Joe Cokanasiga on a nice outside line.

He can choose from three of four players to put under the posts and makes the right call in going inside to scrum-half Ben Spencer.

Santi Carreras was on the outside and would have scored too but he actually pointed to give it to Spencer - good team player!

No doubt about it now, Bath will win the pool and have a home round of 16 tie.

I stand by my comment @19:57. Absolutely no disrespect to the young Edinburgh players, but you can't put inexperience and team rotation up against a top tier English Premiership side and expect to get a result.

    Joe Cokanasiga (con: Finn Russell)

We do have a try at last in this half!

Apologies for tempting fate there Edinburgh fans.

Joe Cokanasiga brushes off Charlie Shiel before pirouetting away from three tacklers at once - not one the Edinburgh lads will want to see again I suspect - before racing under the posts to make things easier for Finn Russell.

Still no points in this half so far.

There's been lots of endeavour from both sides but the timing and execution has been off.

Bath might want to make the score look a little more handsome but this does them fine.

Edinburgh on the other hand could do with a losing bonus point with plenty of other teams in this pool within striking distance of them.

Bath forwards way on top which, unless stopped will lead to a real doing for Edinburgh here.

How about this for quality off the bench?

Bath bring on Santi Carreras for Tom de Glanville for the final half hour.

A deft kick in behind Edinburgh from Bath's Ollie Lawrence almost sees the centre regain possession but it's good work from Ross Thompson to get back.

The visitors win a penalty and kick towards the corner.

Chance here to get their second try if they execute.

Which they don't as the referee says Harri Morris' throw isn't straight.

Chances have been few and far between for Edinburgh so they really could do with making more from opportunities like that.

There's not been an awful lot to report from the opening stages of the second period here as the rain falls.

Henry Arundell falls victim to the greasy ball as he knocks-on as Bath look to attack.

Edinburgh possession - what can they do?

Believe it or not, I had to check a few times, the Six Nations starts in under three weeks.

Could Bath's centre pairing tonight of Ollie Lawrence and Max Ojomoh also be England's midfield duo for their opening match against Wales?

Who would you have in there? Let us know.

Scotland kick off their campaign away in Italy at the Stadio Olimpico.

Bath are in a strong position to win the pool but Edinburgh's position could be a little tricky if they take nothing from tonight's game.

They could really do with at least one bonus point so they might be aiming for three more tries here.

Perhaps the picture of the first half - Alfie's try that wasn't.

There is one other Champions Cup game tonight.

In Pool four, Pau are beating Bulls 21-12 at half-time with three tries on the board.

If it stays like that the French side will qualify for the round of 16 and the Scarlets would finish fifth, meaning they exit this competition and go into the Challenge Cup knockouts.

    Bath 28-10 Edinburgh

Bath looking like very firm favourites for the tie and to top the pool now with the bonus point in the bag at the halfway stage.

They scored four tries - three from the front row and one penalty try - and I dare say they might let the backs get involved in the second half!

Edinburgh took the lead with an early penalty and scored a wonderful try of their own but they've been up against it for the majority of that first 40.

    Tom Dunn (con: Finn Russell)

Bonus point right on the stroke of half-time!

It's a full house for the front row as Tom Dunn gets in on the act with Bath's fourth.

Three tries all from close-range - Bath can score some wonderful tries but they are keeping it tight tonight to great effect.

Finn Russell adds his fourth conversion to stretch that lead out further.

    Piers O'Conor (con: Ross Thompson)

    What a turnaround!

After Bath didn't take the opportunity Edinburgh have just scored a beautiful try!

Ben Vellacott realises he won't reach the line and pops the ball inside to Piers O'Conor who chooses a great line to score under the posts.

Of course it's the man who played well over 100 games for Bristol to score it!

That was a really well-worked try - everything was done brilliantly.

    Bath 21-3 Edinburgh

Wow that looked odds-on for the bonus point try for Bath!

Max Ojomoh makes a searing break and races towards the Edinburgh line but he decided to hold on to the ball instead of passing to supporting team-mates either side of him.

Wrong decision? Yes, but also good cover defence from Edinburgh and they get the turnover too!

    Beno Obano (con: Finn Russell)

Bath are over again for their third on the half-hour mark!

It's another one from close-range as Beno Obano crosses the whitewash to ensure both Bath props are on the scoresheet.

Bath just have too much power in those scenarios and Edinburgh don't have the answers at present.
