    In dry conditions on a perfect day, France win this game 99 times out of 100. Given that it is due to tip it down in Paris, and that Steve Borthwick likes to play ultra-pragmatic, kick-pressure rugby, I think England have a chance.

    If it’s dry, then France rip England apart.

    England will do what they’ve done before and stick to the script.

    Before the Six Nations began England head coach Steve Borthwick said he wanted fans “flooding across the Channel” for what he hoped would be a Super Saturday title decider against France.

    A few short weeks later those who have made the trip have their tails firmly between their legs.
