More treatment for Josh Adams, who has been superb this evening.

Both Wales wings have got their hands on the ball and caused all manner of problems for the Italy defence.

Blair Murray will hope for a chance to stretch his legs off the bench.

So lovely to see Wales confident and enjoying their rugby! We've missed a strong Wales side, hopefully the beginning of a Wales resurgence ☺️

Come on Wales. Come on France. The Wooden Spoon beckons for boring England.

Those types of roars are reserved for the likes of Shane Williams, George North but today, they're for Rhys Carre.

Dewi Lake has led Wales so well, it's been a tough job for him.

But he should be very proud of what he's done.

Italy kick a penalty to the corner and rumble over, with hooker Tommaso Di Bartolomeo the scorer.

Replacement tight-head Archie Griffin is shown a yellow card as well, so if there is a scrum then Wales will be reduced to 13 because it would be uncontested after Tomas Francis went off injured at the end of the first-half.

The extras are added by Garbisi.

Another big shift from Rhys Carre comes to an end.

No try for the big loose-head this evening as the Saracens prop, who had gone over in the previous three games, is replaced by Nicky Smith.

The balance of Wales' play is brilliant at the moment.

The Italians look tired, it's just after half-time. You'd expect more energy.

Ioane shaking his head, he can't quite believe it.

  9. Drop-goal: Wales 31-0 Italypublished at 47 mins

    Edwards

Italy bang it clear, Dan Edwards gathers, steadies himself and knocks over a drop goal from 40 metres.

Sublime by the Ospreys playmaker, who will have a full house if he knocks over a penalty.

    Wales 28-0 Italy

Wales are defending terrifically and Tandy will be desperate for them to hold firm.

Another good set wins a turnover and flanker Mann puts boot to ball, but it just runs over the line to give Italy a goalline drop-out.

That's it for Dewi Lake, who is replaced by Ryan Elias.

The Ospreys hooker put in a heck of a shift and carried incredibly hard in the build-up to that try.

He should have a happy post-match interview this week.

Former Wales captain on BBC One

We've heard a lot about component parts, defensively and the system in the centre is allowing Wales to be organise and physical, to put a game to Italy.

They've dealt with Italy's kicking game at the beginning, but have flourished as the game went on.

    Edwards try, Edwards con

Wales straight back on the front foot, with Mee picking up where he left off with some fast feet.

Fellow wing Josh Adams then gets in on the act as Wales put pressure on just outside the 22.

Hard carrying by forwards - Dewi Lake involved a number of times - moves them to within 10 metres of the line.

With numbers out wide, Edwards races over.

Wales have their bonus point and are surely going to end their Six Nations losing streak.

The try scorer adds the conversion.

Mee looked incredible in defence, the break where they had to rush back for by the width that Wales had.

He didn't get sucked into play and those are the small learnings that Wales have done really well.

Wales are looking sharper and quicker, they need to straighten up a bit.

They've been playing a little lateral and that makes it easier for Italy to attack.
