    Wales 7-54 France

Wales on the attack and Dragons lock Ben Carter - fresh on - bursts into the 22.

Centre Eddie James is just short and then wing Josh Adams knocks on going for the line. Good defence to be fair.

Yes James, a deafening rendition of Les Marseillais has just broken out inside the Principality Stadium.

And a giant cockerill has just run past us in the press bench rattling a cow bell.

The travelling fans are having a great time and who can blame them!

    Ollivon try, Ramos con

The half century is up and it all stemmed from France scrum-half Serin running back the restart.

France get into the 22 and then hammer their way over, lock Charles Ollivon the scorer. Ramos adds the extras as we rattle towards a record defeat.

    Wales 7-47 France

Antoine Dupont off and Baptiste Serin - another seriously talented scrum-half - is on.

It doesn't get any easier for Wales.

Look where Attissogbe is, you have to have someone out there. There is no reason that should happen, the defensive line is far too tight.

I hope we get to see this French side play South Africa in the near future. What a blockbuster of a game it could be, game of the century.

    Attissogbe try, Ramos con

This is one-way traffic and Wales are seriously creaking.

France kick a penalty to the corner. The drive is stopped but Jalibert, after Dupont flicks the ball out, then puts a cross-kick to the right for Attissogbe to gather and dot down.

Wales were incredibly narrow in defence and the Pau wing has his second.

Ramos converts and they have a 40-point lead.

    Wales 7-40 France

    A bit of housekeeping.

Jarrod Evans is on for Wales at fly-half, Dan Edwards going off.

France have brought on Meafou, Flament, Nouchi, Montagne up front.

    Wales 7-40 France

Back-to-back penalties and France are into the corner.

No try this time, with a knock-on by centre Emilien Gailleton as he ran a hard line off line-out ball.

The camera pans to Jac Morgan and Taulupe Faletau in conversation with Tour de France winner Geraint Thomas in one of the hospitality boxes.

How Wales could do with them (Morgan and Faletau, not Thomas).

In the build up to the latest French try, Wales number eight Olly Cracknell carried the ball hard but was not only stopped in his tracks by two blue jerseys but was sent into reverse about five metres.

That is a big guy to have back-peddling but it sums up the difference between the teams.

Oh, and the stunning footwork of the backs. And their handling... and pretty much everything really. Wonderful stuff.

Changes for Wales with hooker Ryan Elias, loose-head prop Nicky Smith, tight-head prop Archie Griffin and back-row forward Taine Plumtree on.

Can they help stem the tide?

It's the offload once again that sends Bielle-Biarrey away. Nobody tracked Attissogbe back, great running off the ball.

Unless England can actually find their rugby boots and dust themselves off that embarrassing performance yesterday, then this looks like a straight forward French Grand Slam.

    Attissogbe try

    Sublime, simply sublime.

That man Bielle-Biarrey to the fore again, bursting down the left wing on the counter-attack from a kick and it's the other winger, Theo Attissogbe, who gets over the line from an inside ball.

Ramos twists the knife with the conversion.

    Wales 7-33 France

Forwards on the charge - tight-head prop Tomas Francis and then blind-side Aaron Wainwright twice - but Wales' attack ends in the 22 with a knock on.

French defence coach Shaun Edwards will demand that the Welsh attack doesn't get consolation scores.

This may be painful for fans on the losing side to admit, but we are being treated to some brilliant rugby from France here in Cardiff.

Can anyone in this year's Six Nations deny them the Grand Slam?

Route one from France. Pure power and great technique.

France were brilliant from the lineouts last week and they've been brilliant so far today.

    Marchand try, Ramos con

Hooker Julien Marchand celebrates his 50th cap with a try after hitting his man at the line-out and then guiding the drive over.

He crossed down the right to make the conversion a tricky one for Thomas Ramos... who promptly bisects the posts.

    Wales 7-26 France

Another French line break - there were 19 by them in the first half - and they win a penalty in the 22 after Alex Mann has a go for the ball.

They opt to go for the corner.
