    Italy 3-5 England

Beautiful and accurate. England were going through the drills they have practised time and again. Ben Earl was once again the man to disturb the opposition. A beautiful finish from Freeman, who strolled in unopposed.

    Finally a try.

England swing it wide and over goes Tommy Freeman untouched. Finally they convert an attacking chance.

Shocking miss from Fin Smith. You'd expect him to add the extras.

Get Involved - 'Is there a plan B for England?'published at 17:11 GMT 7 March

England clearly have gone back to plan A - bash and kick. If Italy cope with the physicality and kicks, is there a plan B?

    Boogie, Bristol

I refuse to believe the England players can't throw it around and play exciting rugby. If only the coaches would show some ambition. Watching England is becoming very, very tedious.

The ball goes down again. I think Fin Smith will blame the pass.

England are playing okay, but they are not ruthless. We are used to them being clinical.

There are some familiar failings in attack for England.

Against Ireland Steve Borthwick's side made 16 entries into the opposition 22m, but came away with a relatively paltry 21 points.

Once again, they are looking short of ideas and punch in the danger zone.

England stray offside. The kicking tee is on.

Not good enough from England. Ben Spencer had to dig for the ball because the presentation wasn't clean enough.

BOSH. Huge hit from Sam Underhill.

Italy are attacking with real intent.

    Italy 0-0 England

Italy win the ball back on the ground and opt to run. Monty Ioane races up the wing, but kicks it too long.

That quite easily could have been a try for Italy under the sticks. A bounce right or a bounce left.

Ignacio Brex's kick is charged down, but causes chaos. England just about deal with it.

England's ability to shoot themselves in the foot is remarkable. They get themselves into great attacking positions, only to fumble the ball under little pressure.

    Alex, London

So far, very England - very poor, wasting opportunities.

Tommy Freeman races down the wing and throws a ridiculous out-the-back-door offload. Italy get back and win a penalty.

That's what Freeman can do in space.
