There's something very economical about Medvedev's game.

No messing about; the Russian just slams a first serve in and then follows it up with a winner. Pressure back on Nadal.

All bits of the court being used here and, finally, Nadal gets his nose in front by taking a Medvedev backhand smash and whirling it down the line.
