More prodding and stretching. The physio is now focused on the hips region of Haddad Maia, trying to free up some tightness or a strained muscle perhaps. All looking a bit painful. Can Dart capitalise on her opponent maybe not being at 100%.

He's a set up against Georgian Nikoloz Basilashvili but is looking irritated out there.

  7. Game and first set Evanspublished at 13:08 BST 4 July 2019

    Evans 6-3 Basilashvili

He's done it! What a start for Dan Evans.

Nikoloz Basilashvili hits a forehand wide to give the Brit a break and the set.

Evans has only made it to the Wimbledon third round once before in his career. He faced a man you might have heard of - Roger Federer. As with most people who face the Swiss great, he lost in straight sets. Happily, if he makes it through this time he won't be facing a 20-time Grand Slam champion.

Instead, he'll play either Marin Cilic or Joao Sousa

Harriet Dart's body language has not been good in recent games...

She has bashed the grass in frustration, whacked her racquet against her shoe, muttered an expletive and glared into space.

The crowd is trying their best to lift her, her camp have shouted at her to 'be positive' but so far they don't seem to be getting through to her.

Harriet Dart must get running, get the ball back in court, and just see what Haddad Maia is up to here.

Haddad Maia's favourite shot is a forehand into Dart's backhand corner. She's getting the length on her shots very well.

Haddad Maia doesn't convince me when she has these chances.

When she has the breaks, a lead, she doesn't back those up.

You can't show your opponent if you're nervous, be confident, maintain your stride, it may help.
