    Rangers keeper Aaron Hogg comes to his team's rescue again as he denies Chris Manzinga early in the second half.

    The striker goes clear on goal and has time to pick his spot but Hogg closes the angle and the shot strikes his outstretched legs.

    An excellent save although also a squandered opportunity for the Blues.

    The visitors take a deserved lead in at the break with a Thomas Scully own goal followed by Chris McKee's backheel finish.

    Carrick have offered little in attack and are on course for a fifth straight league defeat.

    They face a massive task to stop the Blues leaving with a three points which would see them return to the Premiership summit on goal difference.

    A scramble in front of goal ends with McKee seending a cheeky backheel effort trickling into the net.

    The champions in control at Taylor's Avenue and firmly on course to go top.

    Patrick Kelly pokes a tidy ball through to the surging right wing-back and he finishes it emphatically, rifling a right-footed drive into Luke McNicholas' far corner.

    Cliftonville have looked the more comfortable team in the first 25 minutes but it's the Bannsiders who've shown a ruthless streak!

    The visitors go close to a second goal at Taylor's Avenue as Aaron Hogg makes a good save from Kyle McClean's blistering strike.

    Hogg can only push the ball out and Mark Surgenor races back to make a crucial tackle as Chris McKee prepared to smash home the rebound.

    Lowe is still looking for his first Cliftonville goal.

    Jake Hastie charges through on the left and the unfortunate Scully diverts the low cross into his own net.

    As it stands David Healy's men are going top!
