  2. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 20:30 GMT 17 March 2021

    Everton 0-2 Chelsea

Valerie Gauvin is on for Simone Magill and the Everton forward almost instantly pulls a goal back, rising highest to head an out-swinging cross just over the bar.

    Everton are getting closer.

  3. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:25 GMT 17 March 2021

    West Ham 0-1 Birmingham

That Jamie-Lee Napier chance was just about the last action of the half.

Emily Murphy's early strike sees Birmingham hold the advantage at the break.

    West Ham 0-1 Birmingham

What a chance for Birmingham to double their lead!

Emily Murphy drives forward, weaving her way through a sea of defenders and slides a pass towards Jamie-Lee Napier.

There's a bit of luck as the ball breaks for her off a defender but she then lashes her shot off target from the edge of the box. Should have done better.

Gilly Flaherty has resumed, by the way, wearing a big bandage on her head. Claudia Walker is yet to return.

  5. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:23 GMT 17 March 2021

    Harder (59 mins)

So, so good on the break.

It had been all Everton but Chelsea's Sam Kerr gets away down the right. She fires in a brilliant ball to Fran Kirby, who steadies herself before beating the final defender.

She could shoot but instead she tees up Pernille Harder who has a simple tap-in.

    Easy peasey.

  7. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:19 GMT 17 March 2021

    Bristol City 0-2 Man CIty

That's half-time. Manchester City fully deserving of their lead.

    West Ham 0-1 Birmingham

A really nasty clash of heads between West Ham's Gilly Flaherty and Birmingham's Claudia Walker leaves both players needing lengthy treatment.

There's a fair bit of blood on show. Both players are being bandaged up.

Attack vs defence in Bristol as Manchester City's Esme Morgan sees her shot blocked by Laura Rafferty.

Less than a minute until the break.

    Everton 0-1 Chelsea

Tinja-Riikka Korpela, who is standing in for the injured Sandy MacIver, is having an excellent game by the way.

The Everton keeper has already saved a first-half penalty and plenty of one-on-ones tonight. That Kirby stop is probably only her fourth best save so far.

  11. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:13 GMT 17 March 2021

    Everton 0-1 Chelsea

All that Everton possession but it's Chelsea who create the first meaningful chance.

What an opportunity for Fran Kirby to grab her second.

Niamh Charles puts the forward through with a defence-splitting pass but Kirby can't beat Tinja-Riikka Korpela who saves with her feet.

    West Ham 0-1 Birmingham

West Ham have improved as we get closer to half-time but they're still to truely test Birmingham keeper Hannah Hampton.

Only routine stuff for her to deal with so far.

  13. Postpublished at 20:10 GMT 17 March 2021

    Everton 0-1 Chelsea

Everton have started the second period much brighter and have had a string of corners headed away.

The Toffees are up for this.

  14. KICK-OFFpublished at 20:07 GMT 17 March 2021

Second half kicks off in Liverpool.

    Everton have work to do.

  15. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:06 GMT 17 March 2021

    Bristol City 0-2 Man City

So nearly three, as Lauren Hemp looks to round Bristol City keeper Sophie Baggaley.

Outside of her area the highly-rated stopper makes a perfect sliding tackle to win the ball.

Had to get that right. She was the last defender!

    Ellen White (30 mins)

Goal number 12 in all competitions for Man City's Ellen White.

It's fantastic movement in the box by the forward to lose her marker, but this goal is all about the cross from Lauren Hemp.

A brilliantly weighted low ball which White expertly dispatches.

    Aston Villa 0-1 Brighton

It looks like Aston Villa keeper Lisa Weiss picked up a big knock in the build up to that goal.

After a lengthy delay she's back on her feet. Expect plenty of time to be added on in the Midlands.

    West Ham 0-1 Birmingham

    Sam Miller
Former West Ham and Tottenham player on BBC Radio 5 Live Sport Extra

Birmingham are playing with such intensity - they are first to every ball. That's something Olli Harder will want to see from his West Ham side.

Carla Ward's side remain on top and deserve their lead.

Villa keeper Lisa Weiss can't keep out Megan Connolly's fierce strike and Aileen Whelan is on hand to tap in the rebound.

Perfect start for Hope Powell's side.

    Bristol City 0-1 Man City

Bristol City are growing into this game with plenty of possession.

But the moment they cross the halfway line City's press goes into overdrive and before you know it Gareth Taylor's side have the ball back.

Manchester City are so scary when they're in full flow. I can't see how Bristol City get the ball into their opponents box, let alone score against them.
