The Hearts front two of David Vanecek and Uche Ikpeazu are huge, I don’t envy Dundee centre-backs Darren O’Dea and Ryan McGowan’s tasks today

GOAL- Motherwell 3-0 Hamiltonpublished at 15:38 GMT 9 March 2019

    Jake Hastie

It's a lovely well worked goal from Motherwell.

Jake Hastie takes the ball past Lennard Sowah on the right, crosses for David Turnbull who dummies his shot, moves the ball onto his left foot, then drives in low. It's deflected into the path of Hastie who had continued his run into the box, and he smashes home from close range.

    Celtic 0-0 Aberdeen

Celtic have been on top without really threatening Aberdeen too much. Kristoffer Ajer's long-range missile the only real chance so far.

  5. Should Hamilton have had a penalty?published at 15:34 GMT 9 March 2019

    Motherwell 2-0 Hamilton

Hamilton feel they should have a penalty as Mickel Miller tumbles in the box. Referee Andrew Dallas ignores the protests though. The visitors feel their claim was just as big as the penalty awarded to Motherwell earlier in the game.

  6. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 15:32 GMT 9 March 2019

    Livingston 0-1 St Johnstone

Livingston's Alan Lithgow is a relieved man, as his attempted clearance from Sean Goss' free-kick cannons off his own post and bounces clear.

  7. CLOSE!published at 15:32 GMT 9 March 2019

    Celtic 0-0 Aberdeen

Celtic centre-half Kristoffer Ajer goes on a rampaging run all the way to the edge of the Aberdeen box. He unleashes a fierce shot, but Joe Lewis gets the merest of fingers to it.

Aberdeen doing extremely well to frustrate Celtic. Celtic's pace too measured, too slow in the build-up. Trying to walk it in.

Strange old game this, both defences looking pretty unsteady, and wait until you see the Hearts opener.

    Willie Miller
Former Aberdeen defender on BBC Radio Scotland

    Quote Message

Didn't think it was a penalty. Oliver Burke lost control of the ball, it was going out for a goal-kick and he tumbled over. Too quick for his own boots. Half-hearted shout rightly waved away.

  16. Aryibi having a blinderpublished at 15:20 GMT 9 March 2019

    Motherwell 2-0 Hamilton

Motherwell's Gboly Ariyibi has already been a big influence on this match. Just before the second goal he bamboozled Ziggy Gordon and Alex Gogic, slipped into the box, and his shot just lacked a bit of power and accuracy to get the better of goalkeeper Gary Woods.

Then he wins the penalty as he slips into the box. It was harsh on Hamilton - Ariyibi certainly needed little encouragement to go down.

Hamilton are yet to have a shot at goal yet with the home side threatening to run riot.
