Quote MessageCliftonville have definitely started the second half better than they were for most of the first half. They are getting the ball wide to Chris Curran who is putting the ball into the box.

Quote MessageI think Linfield are deserving of their 1-0 lead - I feel they have had the better of the chances. It was a great set-piece by Kirk Millar for the goal, a well-worked move off the training ground.

An entertaining half comes to a close at Taylor's Avenue.

Paddy McNally pulled one back for Carrick on the half hour mark, heading home an Eamon Scannell cross.
All to play for in the second half.

Kirk Millar delays his shot, which then hits team-mate Andy Waterworth and the ball falls for Achille Campion 12 yards out but the French striker can only blaze his effort wastefully over.
