Stunning no-look pass from Niamh McCall to find Emma Barrie and Scotland are back within one!

Scotland had the chance to go up by two but Emma Barrie wasn't able to convert and Jamaica have come back strongly.

They've re-established a two-point lead and, at the other end, suddenly the shots just aren't dropping for the hosts.

We've got eight and a bit minutes left.

This is one of the biggest 15 minutes to go for Scottish netball. Scotland, ranked 10th in the world, could create a huge piece of history here in Glasgow by beating the world number four side.

It would easily be the biggest upset of the tournament so far. The Hydro is LOUD.

Another huge roar from the crowd at the Hydro as Niamh McCall puts Scotland ahead for the first time in the game.

Jamaica swiftly level but Scotland go forward again and McCall restores the lead.

Wowee! Just got to the netball. Scotland level with Jamaica with one quarter remaining. This would the biggest win in Thistles history if they beat the Jamaicans!

Scotland are 15 minutes away from a famous win.

Whether they get it or not, so much credit has to go to centre Hannah Leighton - she has been absolutely everywhere for the Thistles.

Jamaica would have known that Scotland wouldn't make it easy for them but it's doubtful they would have expected to find themselves in such a scrap this deep into the game.

Niamh McCall's 15th goal gets Scotland back to within two and when Emma Barrie knocks down her 18th, it's a one-point game!

Barrie then has another shot to level, can't convert that - but this time she does!

All square with one quarter to go! We could have a huge shock here. If nothing else Scotland are giving the world number four side a big scare.

Jamaica have started to lock in defensively but a brilliant leaping intercept from Hannah Leighton - who has been excellent for Scotland - gets the Thistles on the attack again.

They have got the deficit back down to two with a little under six minutes left in the third quarter.

I spent the morning at the athletics stadium which was a touch drier than last night but not entirely free of rain.

Northern Ireland’s Kate O’Connor, who wobbled last night in the shot put before impressing in the 200m, really stamped her authority on the competition.

She produced a lifetime best outdoors in the long jump and then the best javelin throw ever in a hepthlon at the Commonwealth Games.

Her advantage is already probably too big for England’s Jade O’Dowda.

England have booked their place in the women's 3x3 wheelchair basketball gold medal match in convincing style with an 18-10 victory over Canada.

It was never in doubt after racing into a 6-1 lead after two minutes.

Jade Atkin is the star of the show with nine points. Lucy Robinson scored four, while Charlotte Moore netted three times and Joy Haizelden twice.

That is some effort against the 2025 world champions, who have to settle for a bronze play-off.

England will face the winner of Scotland v Australia in the final at 19:00 BST.

They're back under way at the Hydro for the third quarter.

Scotland stick with their starting seven but Jamaica, who had made a few changes, decide enough is enough and bring on some big hitters.

Shamera Sterling-Humphrey is on at goalkeeper but can't prevent Scotland quickly scoring the first goal of the second half.

Jade Atkin is on form for England. The 24-year-old has netted seven points so far as England lead Canada 14-6 with three minutes remaining in their semi-final.

Can England see out the victory to book a place in the final against either Scotland or Australia?

It will be England against Australia in the 3x3 basketball final, as well as the wheelchair event.

England edged past New Zealand in a dramatic ending to their semi-final to guarantee at least a silver medal.

With just 60 seconds remaining on the clock and the scores tied at 16-16, England scored five points - a two-pointer, two one-pointers and one free throw - to win 21-16.

Australia won 21-14 against Scotland, who will take on New Zealand in the bronze medal match at 16:30 BST.

The final takes place at 19:30.
