A second cycling gold for Great Britain and a third gold of the day as Karen Darke wins the H1-3 time trial.

The 45-year-old wins in a time of 33 minutes 44.93 seconds.

Darke went one better than her silver medal at London 2012, despite having to put her chain back on part way through the 20km course.

She is paralysed from the chest down after a climbing accident and is a former para-triathlon world champion.

Her Paralympic Village flat-mate is Kadeena Cox, who has just secured her third medal of the Games with her record-breaking T38 400m gold"

That'll be one happy household tonight.

    And a new world record!

Absolutely superb from the 25-year-old Kadeena Cox, who clocks one minute 00.72 seconds to take her second gold of the Rio Paralympics in a second sport.

Cox, who had a stroke in 2014 which led to her being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, won the women's C4-5 time trial in cycling on Saturday.

She got bronze in the T38 100m on Friday too!

Can Kadeena Cox win her second gold medal in a second sport at Rio 2016? We'll find out shortly as her T38 400m final gets underway at 15:17 BST.

The 25-year-old had a stroke in 2014 which led to her being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and while she has always been a talented athlete, cycling formed part of her recovery.

Already she has won 500m gold in the velodrome and is aiming to become the first Briton to win two golds in two different sports in the same Games since Isabel Barr in 1984.

Barr, later Newstead, achieved the feat in swimming and shooting at the Stoke Mandeville Games.

But Paralympic sport nowadays is a tougher proposition.

American visually-impaired sprinter David Brown goes in the semi-finals of the 200m T11 event in the morning session, hoping to make it a double after his 100m win earlier in the programme.

But the 23-year-old also has another talent - for writing poetry - and wants to put his words to music after he gets home from Rio.

"Some of them are love poems," he said. "They go to special ones. I write about myself, what's going on with me, what I'm doing. Every once in a while I will publish a poem and let other people read it.

"As soon as I get back from Rio, I do music and make beats as well, I'm actually going to invest in getting a microphone and putting my poetry to my music. It's going to be more like raps and songs and stuff like that. I hope people will hear it a lot more."

Claire Cashmore (SB8 100m breaststroke), Jon Fox and Michael Jones (both S7 400m freestyle) won their heats.

Scott Quinn set a Paralympic record as he beat team-mate and world record holder Aaron Moore in their SB14 100m breaststroke heat - both them are through.

The rivalry between Bethany Firth and Jessica-Jane Applegate continued as Firth won their SB14 100m breatstroke heat. Applegate's fourth place is unlikely to see her through.

And Stephen Clegg came second in his S12 100m backstroke heat to progress.
