  3. Ferrari duo Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton and McLaren's Lando Norris topped each practice session over the Hungarian Grand Prix weekend.

    They now make up the top three for Sunday's race in Budapest.

    Can Lando Norris convert his first pole position of the season to make it two Hungarian Grand Prix race wins in a row?

    Or will Lewis Hamilton overtake him in the first turn? He has had eight wins here at the Hungaroring. There was an incident between Hamilton and Oscar Piastri and Hamilton is now under investigation.

    This is from race control. Turn One incident involving Lewis Hamilton and Oscar Piastri - noted for impeding.

    And I'm just having a look through the team radio and Piastri's engineer ensuring Oscar that Lewis will get a penalty for that. McLaren clearly feel they had a lap time impeded by Hamilton's Ferrari.

    It's been noted by race control, yet to be elevated to under investigation.

    George Russell was seventh but he stopped at the end of the start-finish straight. He got out of the car but he could only look at what remained of his Mercedes with no power.

  6. The second yellow flag was for George Russell, who had stopped out on track.

    Mercedes' Russell could not improve on his lap time and finished seventh. Not ideal.

    What a lap from Lando Norris! When the Ferraris couldn't improve, it's Norris who has managed to find those crucial impovements in the last running of Q3.

    Lando Norris has powered through his lap and gets his McLaren into pole position. What a drive!

    He pips Lewis Hamilton to the top spot but the Ferrari man will be on the front row with Norris. The run into Turn One on Sunday's race will be exciting.

  16. Lewis Hamilton has popped his Ferrari on provisional pole. He has had nine pole positions here at Budapest. If he can keep the spot, it will be a record-extending 10 pole positions at the Hungarian Grand Prix.
