Image source, SNSBojan Miovski hopes his double against Kilmarnock is the kick-start his Rangers careers needs after taking time to settle in to life in Govan.
The 26-year-old North Macedonia striker signed from Girona in the summer, where he struggled for game time, for a reported and had only scored twice for the Ibrox side before his brace at Rugby Park on Saturday.
There was little between the two sides until Miovski put the visitors ahead in the 33rd minute with an opportunistic shot from the edge of the area and he added a second in the 54th minute with a confident finish from inside the box.
"I didn't have a lot of game time in the last year, so I was just trying to find a consistency and to get in shape, to collect more minutes on the pitch, and I'm starting to get that," the former Aberdeen forward said.
"I feel better, sharper on the pitch and, of course, I'll try to keep going.
"Every football player wants to play and spend more time on the pitch.
"As I say, I didn't have that last year. I have played three games in a row in the starting XI, I hope to keep going.
"I always say when you work hard and give everything, the goals will come. I scored two goals and I hope I will continue that way."

We asked for your views on Rangers' 3-0 win against Kilmarnock.
Here's what some of you said:
Steven: Decent enough performance against a profligate Kilmarnock side. The defence still give me palpitations whenever the opposition gets in and around our third, but there were signs of an improvement in players' confidence. If we could just deal with long balls over the top, we might get somewhere. Connor Barron was very good and never stopped. If we had Lyall Cameron alongside him, that would be a fairly industrious centre midfield we'd have and might allow Nicolas Raskin a little more freedom. Mohamed Diomande continues to be a liability in moments. But it was nice to see Mikey Moore back playing and continued his renewed confidence. Hopefully the young man can get a run of games under his belt.
Elaine: Much improved performance. Midfield was outstanding with Barron covering every blade of Astro grass. Really pleased for Bojan Miovski. I think he'll kick on from here.
David: Good to see a continuation of the positives from Wednesday on a difficult pitch we struggled with. Stood up better to a physical team as well and won our fair share of 50-50s due, in no small way, to Barron, who was outstanding. We looked confident and moved the ball around well in the last 20 minutes. Got to kick on from this good performance.
Louise: We are still not great to watch but at least we took the three points. I thought we started well but we have a pattern this season of not being a 90-minute team so I was concerned we wouldn't keep it up. Good to see Miovski finally on the score sheet and Moore was brilliant when he came on. Glad Findlay Curtis was given some time on the pitch as well. Hopefully a few wins will improve the players confidence and they will continue to take their chances.
Peter: In a whole this was a very good win, few reasons were Mioviski bagging two goals, better play all round especially on that plastic pitch and a clean sheet, many a time when we struggled to either get the win or a draw there few people questioning Rohl through the week, he's a big difference to that last one we had, definitely a better performance, now he knows Mioviski starts every game.
Derek: Better, but still a long way to go. Raskin should be made captain, Jack Butland is no motivator, a lot more goals to come from Miovski, if we play to his strengths. Some very poor refereeing for both sides.

Image source, SNSRangers head coach Danny Rohl: "Today we were clinical, we took our chances unlike Wednesday. This is a good step.
"I'm always in conversation with [chairman] Andrew Cavenagh. We have a good relationship. We have been in the office almost every day together. We will talk next week again, but tonight we will enjoy the result.
"From the first minute tonight, I knew the fans were behind the team. We have to do this together.
"I think looking back through the whole week, It was a good performance on Wednesday from Bojan Miovski. I'm glad Mikey [Moore] is back but in general, it was a whole team performance.
"We have to develop our game management, but tonight it was a fantastic reaction and now we have five wins in seven so this is a good step forward. We have to continue, everyone wants to win against us or take something from us. This is a tough league so we have to put the work in."

Image source, SNSJayden Meghoma is revelling in the chance to play regularly at Rangers, with the on-loan full-back praising the invigorating influence of head coach Danny Rohl.
The Brentford teenager has made 20 appearances for the Ibrox side and scored his first goal with a stunning strike in Wednesday's 2-2 draw away to Dundee United.
Ten of those games have been under Rohl, who replaced Russell Martin in October, and Meghoma has been impressed by the German.
"Tactically, he's been amazing," he explained.
"Everybody gets along with him. We understand what we need to do as a team and I think he's brought that positive energy back into the place and everybody can feel it.
"Every experience I get here, I wouldn't gain anywhere else. So, for me, the experience alone is invaluable and it's one of the best places to play in football, at my age especially."
Back-to-back draws against Falkirk and Dundee United leave the Ibrox club - who visit Kilmarnock on Saturday night - nine points adrift of both Celtic and Hearts, with the top two facing each other on Sunday.
"I think this is one of the most important parts of the season for us because with the amount of games we have, we can pick up a lot of points and put us in a good position to finish the season strong," said Meghoma.
"We're improving every day. We still need to make sure that we win more games for this football club. The expectation here is really, really high.
"We can't be frustrated because we're professionals and it's our job to stay focused. For us, it's just tactically taking on the information and implementing it in the best way possible."

Image source, SNSKilmarnock captain Brad Lyons is suspended while manager Stuart Kettlewell has fresh doubts over two unnamed players.
Max Stryjek (heart), Kyle Magennis (knee), Jamie Brandon (ankle/groin), Djenairo Daniels (knee) and Matty Kennedy (hip) remain out.
Rangers winger Mikey Moore could return but Dujon Sterling will not be risked on Kilmarnock's artificial surface.
Rangers remain without John Souttar, Derek Cornelius and Oliver Antman with muscle injuries. Rabbi Matondo (knee) and Kieran Dowell (foot) are closing in on comebacks.
Image source, SNSDanny Rohl is not a fan of artificial pitches but says there can be no "looking for excuses" as Rangers eye victory against Kilmarnock at Rugby Park on Saturday.
"No, I spoke in the morning with Jack [Butland] about this pitch a little bit to get the impression," said the Ibrox head coach.
"I think this is also important to take the players with you. They know the pitch better than me and I spoke with some other players.
"But this is what it is. We have to take it, we have to go there, we have to win the game."
Rohl says the surface will force Rangers to adapt their gameplan.
"Yeah, I think you have to understand in which areas you can play football and in which areas you have to avoid a little bit more. I think this is also crucial. Then there's the opponent, they will also try something," he added.
"I think this is also a different kind of playing there. But a lot of teams before won there and showed that you can do it.
"I think this is also the mindset, not looking for excuses. Be prepared, make a good game, go there, take the points and go home."

Image source, SNSRangers manager Danny Rohl has been speaking to the media before the trip to face Kilmarnock on Saturday.
Here are the key points:
After the midweek draw at Dundee United left Rangers nine points behind top two Hearts and Celtic, Rohl admits the festive fixture list has an element of win at all costs.
He says: "Yes, of course the last two draws opens again a little bit the gap but if we win [against Kilmarnock] the two opponents or teams ahead of us has to play against each other. Not both can win. And then we have the game in our hand, it is a long way [the gap] but it's not impossible."
On the balance of creating but conceding as was evident at Tannadice, Rohl says: "If you get both performances together then we have an outstanding game. I think this is the key, this is what we're working for. The demand is always high. I see good steps forward but there are also some parts that we have to improve."
The manager confirmed Dujon Sterling will not be available because of the artificial pitch at Kilmarnock as he works his way back to fitness. Mikey Moore trained and if there is no reaction he will be part of the squad.
Rohl says he "will have to manage" the ongoing situation at centre-back. Derek Cornelius is out until February, John Souttar is not expected to return until possibly facing Celtic in early January and Nasser Djiga goes on Africa Cup of Nations duty shortly.
Rohl says it has been a long time since he coached a team to play on an artificial surface - it was "in the academy" - and adds he will rely on his players who "know the pitch better" and they will have to go there and "win the game".
"A lot of teams before won there," he continued. "This is also the mindset, not looking for excuses, take the points and go home."

Image source, SNSFormer Rangers goalkeeper Cammy Bell says Danny Rohl's squad "are not good enough" and expects the start of an overhaul in January.
Rangers, under previous head coach Russell Martin, had a net spend of around £20m in the summer to bring in more than 10 players but few of the new recruits have impressed, with £8m striker Youssef Chermiti particularly underwhelming.
Bell suggests Rohl will have his hands full trying to move players on, and bring players in, in the January window.
"Listen, if Rohl could change this whole team [in January], I think he would," Bell told the BBC's Scottish Football podcast.
"I really do. think he's at that stage that it would be his decision. But again, it's not going to happen because they've spent so much money. It'll be interesting to see how much the owners allow Rohl to spend.
"But what he'll need to do is first and foremost get players out the door, which is always difficult for a manager because players have contracts.
"The squad's not good enough at the moment. There's no getting away from that. You can see it on the pitch."
Rangers are currently fourth in the Premiership, nine points behind Celtic, as they prepare for a trip to face struggling Kilmarnock on Saturday.
But Bell doesn't see the Ibrox club's fortunes changing any time soon.
"Rohl for me is doing everything to try and get the best out of these players," he added.
"But it's not getting the results that Rangers as a football club need.
"I think there's a massive overhaul needed. Will it happen all in January? Absolutely not.
"I think it's going to be a few windows before this can get sorted out. But some of the money that was spent was absolutely crazy, the fees that were spent on players that were unproven was ridiculous."
Image source, SNSKilmarnock have lost 12 of their past 14 league meetings with Rangers, although the two exceptions both came at home, 1-0 wins in August 2023 and October 2024.
None of Rangers' past 11 league visits to Kilmarnock have been drawn, with the Glasgow side winning five and losing six since a 0-0 stalemate in April 2017 under Pedro Caixinha.
Kilmarnock are winless in eight league games (D2 L6), last going longer without victory in the Scottish Premiership in March 2021 (10).
Rangers have drawn their past three games in all competitions, last drawing more in a row in March 2015 (5), and last doing so as a top-flight club in November 2005 (4). In the league, the Ibrox side have already drawn eight of their 14 matches in 2025-26, their joint-most ever at this stage of a league campaign, alongside 1978-79.
Although Rangers rank second-highest for shots per game in the Scottish Premiership this season (15.2, behind Celtic's 16.5), they have the third-lowest shot conversion rate (8.9%), netting 19 times from 213 shots.

Image source, SNSFollowing Wednesday's draw away to Dundee United, Danny Rohl was stressing the positives - a greater goal threat and general sense of urgency that led to a point-saving penalty equaliser deep into stoppage time.
However, underneath it all, the German had the startled look of a man who has now fully realised the scale of the problem with the Rangers squad that led to predecessor Russell Martin being sacked.
When the former Ibrox defender's reign came to an end after only 17 games, his side were 11 points behind leaders Hearts.
That gap has, admittedly, been reduced to nine, but only because Hearts have also stumbled.
More worryingly, Celtic have restored the nine-point gap they enjoyed at the time between themselves and their Old Firm rivals.
Indeed, the deficit has increased from the five points that separated the Glasgow sides when Rodgers was replaced with O'Neill at Celtic Park.
With a now revitalised Celtic hoping for an additional new-manager bounce after Wilfried Nancy's arrival, Rangers' own new head coach is in even more urgent need of finding a solution to the Ibrox side's struggles.
Rohl's side have won just twice in seven outings, with the latest three all being draws they could easily have turned into defeats given the balance of play.
Now Rangers head to Rugby Park to face a Kilmarnock side who have shown their own green shoots of progress - albeit just two draws after six straight defeats.
Rangers will, of course, remain favourites considering they have won their three meetings since by an aggregate score of 13-3, including 3-1 in the reverse fixture two months ago.
However, although the visitors rank second highest for goal attempts per game in the Premiership this season (15.2, behind Celtic's 16.5), they have the third-lowest conversion rate (8.9%), netting 19 times from 213 attempts, and improving that will be one of Rohl's priorities.
Well, that and shoring up a pretty shaky defence shorn of its two main centre-halves through injury too.

'Rangers defenders need to show steel'
"Rangers need a nasty edge to their game."
Not for the first time this season, Rangers were found wanting in defence as they scambled a 2-2 draw against Dundee United at Tannadice.
With first-choice centre-backs Derek Cornelius and John Souttar both out injured, Danny Rohl is having to use Nasser Djiga and Emmanuel Fernandez as the cornerstone of a defence that is creaking alarmingly.
Fernandez was skinned for United's opener as Zac Sapsford ran from the halfway line to calmly finish, while former winger Neil McCann highlighted "so many errors" from the visitors that allowed Amar Fatah to put Jim Goodwin's side 2-1 up.
United racked up 41 final-third entries against Rangers and managed 25 touches in the opposition box. They created two big chances and had 13 shots, six of which were on target.
"Your defenders need to show a bit of steel," said McCann on Sportscene.
"John Souttar is the one defender I would say absolutely puts his body on the line, they need more of that.
"If you're putting loads of forwards on, loads of attacking flair on the pitch, you've got to make sure the back door is slammed shut.
"Too many times Rangers are reactive."
'Real concern about Chermiti quality'
At the other end, Rangers weren't shy in coming forward - they registered 32 shots on goal, the highest of any team in a Premiership match this season.
But for all that, they needed a controversial 98th-minute penalty to salvage a draw.
Danny Rohl's men generated an expected goals of 4.27 with 10 shots on target, 23 shots inside United's box and seven big chances. Add that to 49 touches in United's box and 55 final-third entries.
Rangers will perhaps look back on Youssef Chermiti's golden opportunity to level in the second half as a turning point.
Nedim Bajrami played a wonderful ball in but Chermiti, unmarked in the middle of the six-yard box, glanced his header wide as the £8m striker's woes continue.
"Chermiti has come under a lot of pressure but that is why," former United midfielder Scott Allan told Sportscene.
"A ball in doesn't get any better than that and to not even force the keeper to make a save, there's no getting away from it, there's a real worry about the quality Chermiti has shown."
Image source, SNSThe one saving grace for Rangers was the performance of Bajrami.
The winger attempted seven shots - the highest total for a Rangers player in the Premiership this season - and netted his first league goal of the season with a cool last-gasp penalty.
Bajrami had five shots inside United's box, the highest of any Rangers player in the game, and created one big chance while his xG of 0.96 was only bettered by Djeidi Gassama's 0.98.
In terms of distribution, Bajrami's 28 passes in the final third was the highest of any Rangers and his four crosses were bettered only by full-backs Jayden Meghoma and James Tavernier.
Sportscene pundits Scott Allan and Neil McCann discuss the two big penalty decisions in the 2-2 draw between Rangers and Dundee United at Tannadice.
Image source, SNSNedim Bajrami scored from the spot to earn Rangers a point at Dundee United
Nedim Bajrami is glad to have been given a Rangers lifeline by Danny Rohl and has no ill feeling after falling out of favour under former boss Russell Martin.
The Albania midfielder has returned to the fold under Rohl having been left out of the Europa League squad and restricted mainly to substitute apperances during Martin's ill-fated tenure.
Bajrami, 26, has started the past two league games - a goalless draw at home to Falkirk and Wednesday's 2-2 draw with Dundee United in which he scored a late penalty to salvage a point.
"The past is the past, I'm back in the squad and happy to help the team with my performance," he said.
"I spoke with him [Rohl] in the beginning, when he came in we had a chat. I was away with the national team. I think I played well against England, came back and got my chance.
"Happy to be back, and this is football. Three months ago I was away. Now I'm back. I was always focused on Rangers and this is football sometimes, you need to be mentally strong. I was, I think, strong enough to handle this situation.
"Obviously, when you train the whole week and then you are not in the squad, it was not really nice for me, but I always trained good. I give my best for this club. And I'm happy to be back and to help the team."
Rangers are unbeaten in six Premiership games under Rohl and remain fourth, nine points behind Hearts and Celtic.
Despite the last-gasp leveller at Tannadice, Rangers fans vented their frustrations at full-time, and Bajrami acknowledged the tension and the anger.
He said: "Obviously they're used to winning every game and we know we need to improve.
"Obviously, we have a lot of new players but I think they have a lot of experience and they can handle this pressure.
"I think six (league) games unbeaten now. We had a lot of chances. We created more chances than the last game.
"We need to stick together, we have a lot of games now and we need to look forward."

We asked for your thoughts after Rangers' late penalty rescued a draw against Dundee United at Tannadice.
Here's a taste of what you had to say:
Ross: If we have stooped so low that we need a dodgy last-minute penalty to beat a team like Dundee United then the squad have a problem that can't be fixed with the current players. If Jack Butland and Nico Raskin weren't there this year, we could've been relegated by now. Also, James Tavernier had a poor day, we should maybe consider a long-term replacement for him in January.
Alexander: Another draw but there are positive signs that Danny Rohl is trying to get a better outcome with these players. Two mistakes by the players could have cost them but they fought back well, something which wasn't present with the previous manager.
Billy: Early days for Danny Rohl but this is 11 footballers not a team. We are nine points from the top but a million miles away in quality and structure. Rangers in name only. Very, very concerning.
Colin: One of the worst Rangers teams, if not the worst, that I have seen in a long time. The players seem to have negative attitudes, their football is slow, predictable and backwards most of the time. It's sad to see, this great club deserves so much better.
David: After the match, Danny Rohl said it was a step forward from his group. Compared with the last few games he's correct. Will this be continued on Saturday? Who knows. Inconsistency has plagued us for years. He is also convinced more goals will come, almost as if our dysfunctional strikers are suddenly going to click. Not happening Danny. Many changes needed in January.
Duncan: Continually leaving Findlay Curtis and Lyall Cameron out of the team is a total mystery from a man who states he wants players who understand what it means to play for Rangers. Rohl is no better than Russell Martin!
