Wealdstone have secured their immediate future at Grosvenor Vale by signing a new 10-year lease at the stadium.

While the new lease will not expire until 2036, a club statement said there were strong incentives to vacate the ground by 2031, "allowing Wealdstone FC the time to continue its firm focus on developing plans for a long-term future elsewhere within the Borough of Hillingdon".

The new agreement also means the club will meet the tenure requirements of the National League and the English Football League, while continuing to examine ground plans for the future.

Wealdstone have played at Grosvenor Vale since 2008 but first announced plans for a new 6,300-capacity stadium at a site in Hillingdon in 2023.
