The game's going to be stop-start, you can see that because as soon as a team gives the ball away, they're trying to make a foul to stop the game again.

There's lots of good football when they've got in charge of it. As soon as that transition moment happens, it stops the game quickly.

United seem to have slowed the game down slightly.

Motherwell manager Jens Berthel Askou tells BBC Sportsound: "I'm really excited. It's been a couple of weeks since we played.

"Disappointed with the result, happy with the performance last time at Tynecastle and now we need another massive performance, equally as good as we were the last time we were here. We need to try and grasp the moments that always comes in the games. Usually against Rangers, they are there for both teams.

"I expect a game that will be tactical at times but also very open at times and we need to be ready for both.

"We need to come and enjoy the day here and be ourselves and that's what I think we've been good at the last time we were here. They cut the grass today, which makes the pitch even faster and I hope that will suit us well.

"[Callum Slattery has] been extremely important. We are happy to have him back and now we can put that behind us. Hopefully he will go out and make a huge difference today.

"There's a lot of things we can do better ourselves. It's not big general things in our games, it's little details and the decisive moments. There has been some moments that we haven't taken. That's what you need in the big games to win them and then there has been some things that we've talked too much about that hasn't gone our way, which is also part of the story but we have to try and focus on what we can do and that's what we're trying to do."

Rangers head coach Danny Rohl tells BBC Sportsound: "First, we are looking forward. We have waited two weeks to this game.

"We've worked really hard the last couple of months to come to this point to have a chance to win something.

"We need a a good start today against a challenging opponent. Even if the results in the last couple of weeks were not great for them, they play always good football. A very flexible team who is really brave on the ball. You have to understand how you press them.

"Mikey [Moore] was more out in the last couple of days in the training sessions. We have to manage him really well. In the last two days, he comes back better and stronger. He had a little bit of pain in the last 14 days. We need him, not just today, we need him also in the next four games. He knows this and I know when I bringing him on today, he will make an impact and maybe the difference.

"[Bojan Miovski] worked hard for the team. He scored. This is also the consequence from the Falkirk game. He comes on and he helps to turn things around. Thelo [Aasgaard] performed in the last couple of weeks well. He's always involved in good goals.

"I know today, it's not about 11 players. It's really about the full team because this is a demanding game and we want to win this game and for this we need a strong bench."
