  1. 'Rayan is a huge talent'published at 22:34 GMT 10 February

    FT: Everton 1-2 Bournemouth

    Bournemouth

Bournemouth forward Amine Adli speaking to TNT Sports: "It was not easy but the three points was the most important thing. It was massive. The coach was not happy about the first half and the players also, we were not in the rhythm of the game and when we are losing 1-0, we had nothing to lose. We started the second half with more risk and in the end we are successful.

On Rayan's performance: "He showed his character. He was unlucky with the penalty, he tried to play his football and he didn't want to kick the ball long. These things can happen and it didn't affect him. At the end he scored the equaliser. He has had three games with us. He is a massive talent and we are very happy to have him. We are always behind every player that makes a mistake and today we showed that we are a strong team and we are behind each other in good and bad moments."

  2. 'The lads kept going and had to do it the hard way'published at 22:32 GMT 10 February

    FT: Tottenham 1-2 Newcastle

    Newcastle United

Newcastle boss Eddie Howe, speaking to TNT Sports: "It was a good performance from us tonight. It was a really strange game. Tottenham score against the run of play but credit to the lads because we responded well.

On Ramsey's goal: "Really good goal. He's such a good technical player. Joe Willock and Jacob Ramsey were brilliant today.

"We've played really well today, we had a number of shots and chances. We dominated the first half. The lads kept going and had to do it the hard way. That's credit to the mentality and feeling in the group.

On Thiaw: "I was delighted for Malick. He's been an everpresennt. He's been strong in his performances. With the transfer market, you have to be patient and see the players' best form.

On Europe: "It has to be our aim. It's been a tough season for us in the Premier League. We've had good results but we've been inconsistent."

  3. 'The goal today was pure emotion'published at 22:29 GMT 10 February

    FT: Tottenham 1-2 Newcastle

    Newcastle United

Newcastle goalscorer Jacob Ramsey, speaking to TNT Sports: "It's been a while. I've been playing in different positions and today I played higher. The manager has been demanding that I get my numbers up.

"I knew I was in the box when I played the one-two with Gordy. It was a nice finish.

"It's been tough, I like to think I'm a box-to-box midfielder. The goal today was pure emotion.

"I got injured in my first start. I needed to build my fitness and get back in the team. I want to stay in the team and get goals and assists."

It was a sublime finish from Benjamin Sesko.

He was actually outside the near post as well to get his toe to whip it into the top corner – it was something special.

He looks as if he has gained a lot of confidence from having Michael Carrick in charge. He looks a different player.

When Nuno came into the club, that is what we expected more solid at the back, and they showed massive signs tonight that they could compete.

What a finish from Benjamin Sesko. That is incredible from a number nine to come off the bench and make a difference for Man Utd.

  6. 'The easiest thing is to point at me'published at 22:26 GMT 10 February

    FT: Tottenham 1-2 Newcastle

    Tottenham Hotspur

Spurs boss Thomas Frank, speaking to TNT Sports: "I think that the players gave everything out there. Newcastle were better than us in the first half but we came back in the second half and equalised. After that, there was a missed pass and then they go the other way, we defend bad and go 2-1. We didn't have enough to come back into the game.

"It's fair to say we're a little bit hit by injuries. It's not a full team in confidence and flow and everything. Newcastle is more well built squad over the last years. We had an opportunity to get something out of the game but we didn't take it.

"It's a combination of many things. We had key players out and the confidence is not top so we turn backwards.

"We understand we are not in a top position and we need to do everything we can to get out.

"I understand the frustration and the easiest thing is to point at me. That's part of the job unfortunately. I will work day and night to turn this around but it is not just one person. There is no doubt we need to improve and I need to be part of that.

On if his job is under threat: "I spoke to them [owners] yesterday so no.

    Will fans change views? "No.

"I work very hard and make sure we do everything we can to prepare a team out there that will fight."

  7. 'It hurts massively that we couldn't get the win'published at 22:23 GMT 10 February

    FT: Tottenham 1-2 Newcastle

    Tottenham Hotspur

Spurs boss Thomas Frank, speaking to BBC Match of the Day: "It's been better, of course. It hurts massively that we couldn't get the win today. I see a team running and fighting with everything they have. They give everything in a tricky and difficult situation. They make it difficult for us. We have a transition one way and then they go the other way, we defend bad and concede the second goal.

"We have players with injuries and a suspension and then another injury after 30 minues 100% does not help. I have never complained, it is what I have available."

  8. 'Devastating result for West Ham'published at 22:19 GMT 10 February

FT: West Ham 1-1 Man Utd

    Ellen White
Former England striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

I think this is going to be a devastating result for West Ham. Yes, Man Utd have been in great form, but the three points would have been a great result for the Hammers. I'm not sure one point is enough for West Ham tonight.

  9. 'We don't want to be anywhere near the bottom of the table'published at 22:17 GMT 10 February

    FT: Tottenham 1-2 Newcastle

    Tottenham Hotspur

Spurs striker Dominic Solanke, speaking to TNT Sports: "Not great, we want to be winning games. We know it's not good enough from us. We're obviously frustrated and want to turn this form around.

"It's tough to put a finger on it. We're not doing the business at the moment, we've got a lot of players out injured.

"We're trying to get it right and turn it around as quickly as possible. We wanted to get the win but it didn't go our way.

"We don't want to be anywhere near the bottom of the table, but we know we can turn it around. It's a matter of when. We have a while until the next game now.

"We've got great players on the team. We need to be doing better and the next game will be another tough one. We've got time to get that right."

  10. 'Man Utd kept going right to the death'published at 22:16 GMT 10 February

FT: West Ham 1-1 Man Utd

    Nicky Butt
Former Manchester United midfielder on TNT Sports

I think West Ham were perfect for 90 minutes. Perfect for 90, 92 minutes but Manchester United kept going right to the death and that's what they have got under Michael Carrick.

I don't think they deserved a goal but the finish was brilliant.

  11. 'We need to be more consistent'published at 22:12 GMT 10 February

    FT: Chelsea 2-2 Leeds

    Chelsea

Chelsea forward Joao Pedro speaking to TNT Sports: "We are very frustrated because I think we started the game very well. We controlled the game, 1-0, 2-0 and then we conceded. I think this season has been like this.

"We need to be more consistent, more focused and kill the game. Today it happened again. Tomorrow we need to look at ourselves and see where we need to improve."

Whether it was a missed opportunity for his side: "Yeah of course. It is not only today but other games at home we dropped points. If you want to be in the Champions League, you can't drop points like this."

On his form after netting a sixth goal in eight games: "I just try to improve every day and show what I am capable of - but I have a lot to improve."

It is another big step tonight for West Ham. OK, they could have got three points, but this team has a rhythm to it, and it has a belief system in it. West Ham are right in the fight.

    It is so cruel.

I have not seen an atmosphere like this at this stadium for a long time. It has gone deafly quiet.

How has Sesko squeezed that in there? What a touch that is.
