Much has been made of Wrexham's evolution as they have surged up the football pyramid under Hollywood owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac.

And with each step up, faces have come and gone at Stok Cae Ras.

Club CEO Michael Williamson has just confirmed to BBC Radio Wales that James McClean - who is not included in the matchday squad today - is set to leave the club.

Meanwhile, I've just walked past Paul Mullin who was in the stands and taking time to pose for photographs with young fans.

He returned from his loan spell with Wigan Athletic earlier this month and appears destined to leave north Wales again later in the winter window.

The club's seventh highest goal scorer of all-time, Mullin is not involved for Wrexham today but is still showing his support from the stands.

Norwich head to Wrexham for a first league meeting in North Wales for more than 44 years - when they get their they will find a Red Dragons side on a four-game winning run and only one point adrift of the play-off places.

Portsmouth travel to Sheffield Wednesday this afternoon in what is a huge game for them and their survival hopes.

The Owls have -7 points in the table and have only won once all season - funnily enough, against Pompey.

The home crowd at Hillsborough could be hopeful of seeing a result today against the Blues who have struggled this campaign, especially on the road.

But for John Mousinho's side this is an opportunity to put some breathing room between themselves and those below them, with Oxford at home in a tough game against Bristol City, and Norwich away at Wrexham.

Look out for set-pieces today, as these two sides are the worst in the division at defending dead-ball situations.

Mousinho grants a debut to on loan Luton forward Millenic Alli with fellow new arrival Ebou Adams on the bench.

If you have a problem and if no one else can help you could call for The A-Team or, if you are Charlton, call for striker Lyndon Dykes and defender Harry Clarke.

Oxford United ticket sales have been strong for the managerial debut of Matt Bloomfield, which suggests the locals still believe Championship safety is possible.

And with Bristol City very much in the mix for a play-off spot, an 11,000 plus crowd is expected at the Kassam Stadium.

Whilst both managers have said it is not a must win for their current fights, it could be a handy morale booster.

It’s a win that could put Bristol City back in the play-off positions and could lift Oxford United out of the relegation zone.

New Oxford boss Matt Bloomfield has a tough test for what is his first game since being appointed U's head coach.

Bristol City come into this game off the back of a defeat but have been solid this season, currently just two points off the top six places.

Bloomfield will be keen to pick up points today at the Kassam and avoid being cut adrift from Norwich and Portsmouth who sit just above them in the table.

Oxford are looking for a league double over the Robins for the first time since the 1995-96 season after beating them 3-1 at Ashton Gate in September.

Bristol City have won just two of their 18 league visits to Oxford United, winning 2-0 in 1972-73 and 1-0 in 2000-01.

Coventry lay down the marker again as they restore their six-point lead at the top.

Wins for Middlesbrough last night and Ipswich against Blackburn today keeps up the pressure at the top.

Millwall are up to fourth at least for a few hours while Watford's loss to the Lions could see them drop out of the top six later.

Blackburn will watch the day's other results at the bottom with some concern now.

What a game, and what a result!

It didn't look like that was going to happen in the first half, and we were lucky to only go down 1-0 in the first half. Then when the second half began they righted a lot of the wrongs.

Coventry took the fight to Leicester to get level, and from there on in they were more intense and more physical.

Sky Blues had to fight right to the end and they did and they have got the job done and three points.

This will do wonders for their confidence going forward.

The referee blows for full time and Millwall take all three points!

The Lions are now up to fourth in the Championship table for now, a huge result for Alex Neil's side.

Goals from Femi Azeez and Josh Coburn in the second half sealed the win for Millwall who looked dangerous throughout the game.

Coventry players and fans wipe away the sweat from their brows - they have got the job done but only with a stirring second-half comeback.

Jordan James gave Leicester the advantage at the break and they could and should have had at least one more.

Coventry's reply after the interval was almost instant via a fortunate deflection off Ellis Simms.

Substitute Haji Wright was then in the right place to poke home from Tatsuhiro Sakamoto's cross-shot five minutes from the end.

The Sky Blues restore their six-point lead at the top but they were made to work for it.
