It's a simple run from Upamecano, and he should score really.

Vincent Kompany would have scored two tonight.

Bayern Munich 2-3 Real Madrid (4-4 agg)

Antonio Rudiger is living life dangerously as he gives away a free-kick close to the sideline.

He needs to be careful having picked up that daft booking.

A brilliant ball into the box from Michael Olise but Dayot Upamecano's header has too much on it - it only needed a glance.

78 minutes: Sporting are still in this.

Arsenal can't create a thing. No imagination whatsoever. Totally reliant on set pieces and every other team now knows this. That's why they're not winning anything this year...

It has turned into a right slugfest from these teams to get a place in the semi-final.

    Arsenal tonight....

    • 12 attempts
    • 1 on target
    • 0 goals
    • No cutting edge

Bayern Munich 2-3 Real Madrid (4-4 agg)

Kylian Mbappe puts the burners on down the left-hand side to lose his man and he pulls the ball back rather than taking the shot on himself. Vinicius Jr can't get his effort on target.

If Pep is enjoying watching Arsenal, least that makes one person.

    Alex Howell
BBC Sport Arsenal reporter at Emirates Stadium

Geovany Quenda is highly rated and is joining Chelsea in the summer. The 18-year-old winger will be a threat down the Sporting right wing.

    72 minutes on the clock.

Sporting make a couple of changes - Geovany Quenda and Daniel Bragança for Geny Catamo and Pedro Goncalves.

  12. YELLOW CARDpublished at 21:31 BST 15 April

Bayern Munich 2-3 Real Madrid (4-4 agg)

Still a fascinating watch, this one. Although an absence of second-half goals means we are currently heading for extra time.

Antonio Rudiger goes into the book for arguing with the referee.

It was dipping, it was probably going over but Lunin still has to make the save.

Bayern Munich 2-3 Real Madrid (4-4 agg)

Bayern are having to be so patient. Michael Olise shows superb skill to get past Eduardo Camavinga and Jude Bellingham and curls towards the top corner.

It doesn't look like it would have hit the target but Andriy Lunin makes sure of it and tips over the bar.

Once again, Martinelli is not quick enough with his decision-making. Arsenal have certainly lost the momentum.

If Arsenal limp to a 0-0 at home to Sporting, sure, they’ll go through, but it’ll do nothing to silence the doubters that Arsenal have what it takes to lift any trophies this season. They look so bereft of spark and ideas.

  19. Postpublished at 21:27 BST 15 April

    Arsenal 0-0 Sporting (1-0 agg)

They might be leading on aggregate but this wasn't how it was meant to be for Arsenal. This has been much, much tougher than they expected.

They are having to work extremely hard and throw everything at this.

Which is great news for Manchester City before Sunday's top-of-the-table showdown.

I'm disappointed with Bayern and Real. It's been over 25 minutes and no goals!
