Newcastle striker Alexander Isak was a doubt today with an eye issue and a toe injury but starts at Fulham on his 25th birthday.
The Sweden international will line up in a front three alongside Anthony Gordon and Harvey Barnes.
"Hopefully Alex can play as long as we need him - he is fully fit," said Magpies boss Eddie Howe.
"On the front three, it is slightly different for us but we hope they can gel and do well."
On dropping midfielder Sean Longstaff: "We've got a very strong squad so we have the ability to rotate and we have got three big games coming up this week. I'm excited by the team."

With nine goals in nine Premier League games against Bournemouth, Mohamed Salah will be hoping to reach double figures against the Cherries today at Anfield.
Bournemouth could become the fourth club Salah has scored as many as 10 goals against in the competition, having already done so against Manchester United, Arsenal and West Ham.
Only five players in Premier League history have put 10 past four or more different clubs, with Salah hoping to join goalscoring legends Alan Shearer (12), Wayne Rooney (7), Harry Kane (6), Andrew Cole (6) and Thierry Henry (4).

Walking into Villa Park with Gary Shaw was a regal experience, he got stopped every three yards or so for pictures. Gary was the friendliest of footballers. He was modest, unassuming, kind-hearted and much-loved.
In my opinion, he was a brilliant player. The only one you could compare him to of that era was Kenny Dalglish. By the age of 22, he had a champions medal and European Cup medal. Diego Maradona came in and asked for his shirt and the kit man would not let him swap. I would suggest Maradona knew what a decent player was.

"West Ham couldn't lay a glove on them. It was a real strong showing all over the park. This could be the firsts time we have seen a real glimpse of what this new Chelsea is capable of.
"That is what the Chelsea fans want to see. From start to finish every player played their part. They look like a club moving in the right direction. I haven't seen Chelsea fans as happy as that for a long, long time.
"They look like they have a clear way of playing, they look like a happy team. The counter-attacking was exceptional, there were glimpses which reminded me of the Liverpool side with Sadio Mane, Mo Salah and Firmino. Finally things are starting to turn and Chelsea fans can be quietly optimistic."
On forward Nicolas Jackson, he added: "I think Enzo Maresca saw they could break past West Ham and Nicolas Jackson is fantastic at that. It's what he does.
"[He has] good numbers. He is a young man, a young player, he's learning his trade. People talked about Didier Drogba's first two seasons when he wasn't as prolific as he later became. Nevertheless, he has scored the goals and he will get better.
"He needs to just keep improving, be a bit more composed and [gain] more confidence. He will bounce into the next game now. I am very, very pleased for him."

West Ham captain Jarrod Bowen, speaking to TNT Sports: "We were never in the game which is an awful thing to say.
"The goals that they scored were easy on our part - two gifts.
"You have to be switched on in every moment. On the pitch it felt quite easy to play through [us], a disappointing day all-round.
"Of course, as a player and captain you have to lead and rally everyone together. We gave them too much respect in the end.
"Disappointing day, we accept the defeat. The game is done and we put it to bed and see what we can improve on. Games are coming thick and fast to put it right.
"We still have a lot of games to go and that is a positive for us."

It should be a party atmosphere here. Sound system blaring, cracking tunes, Abba’s “Gimme, Gimme, Gimme” ringing through the stands in the build up.
But the Spurs fans don’t seem to be up for a party. I spoke to Jay Harris, from The Athletic, who said the fans are divided. There are a section who are becoming impatient with recent performances, especially off the back of a North London derby defeat, despite it only being four games in.
You can sense that in the atmosphere here today. No party vibes! Will that change come 5pm?

Arne Slot will have been rather pleased with the way Liverpool responded to their first loss of the season at home to Nottingham Forest last weekend.
An impressive 3-1 victory at AC Milan on Tuesday ensured a prefect start to the Reds' Champions League campaign, and now manager Slot will hope his players can build on that performance as the seek to get back on track in the Premier League after opening with three straight wins without conceding.
Today, they welcome Bournemouth to Merseyside, with Andoni Iraola's side having made a steady start with five points and just one defeat from their first five fixtures.
Liverpool have won nine of the last 10 Premier League meetings between these two clubs and will surely be fired up as they aim to avoid losing back-to-back home league games for the first time since March 2021.

Brentford could lose their opening three away matches of a league campaign for the first time since 2004 in League One...
But they have had an extremely tough start on the road - going to Liverpool, Manchester City and now Spurs.

Two of the six winless sides in the Premier League go head to head. Both came up together from the Championship last season.
This is the latest in a season two promoted teams have met with both still winless since 2020 when Fulham beat West Brom in the seventh round of games.
Southampton are one of two sides yet to lead in the Premier League this season, along with Crystal Palace.
Ipswich are in danger of failing to win any of their opening five top-flight fixtures for the first time since 1984.

Crystal Palace did the double over Manchester United in the Premier League last season, the first time they’ve ever beaten them in consecutive league matches.
Manchester United have lost two of their last three away league games against Crystal Palace (D1), having been unbeaten in their previous 13 such visits to face the Eagles at Selhurst Park (W9 D4).
Having won none of their first 20 Premier League meetings with Manchester United (D4 L16), Crystal Palace have now won five of their last 10 against them in the division (D2 L3).
