It is 11 years since Sir Alex Ferguson - British football's most successful manager - retired as manager of Manchester United.
Now aged 82, 'Fergie' helps families affected by dementia and he tells BBC Breakfast what he does to keep his brain active.
He was speaking as part of National Playlist Day, which is used to celebrate the power of personalised music playlist for those living with dementia.
"I'm 82, obviously I worry about it," he added when asked about dementia. "Generally my memory is quite good - pray the lord, touch wood it’ll stay that way."

Talking of Villa...today is their first home game since the news was announced that Gary Shaw, one of their European Cup-winning heroes, had died aged 63 from injuries in a fall.
It promises to be an emotional atmosphere as Villa Park pays tribute to the talented striker who also helped Villa win the league in 1980-81.

Facing Inter Milan in the Champions League in midweek was very good preparation for Manchester City to face Arsenal because I wouldn't be surprised if it was a similar sort of match.
These are the teams that have finished in the top two in each of the last two seasons. And that's where they are at the start of the weekend with City four wins out of four and Arsenal two points behind them.
They've both made roaring starts. Arsenal are coming into this with their defence in prime form.

Crystal Palace did the double over Manchester United in the Premier League last season, the first time they’ve ever beaten them in consecutive league matches.
Manchester United have lost two of their last three away league games against Crystal Palace (D1), having been unbeaten in their previous 13 such visits to face the Eagles at Selhurst Park (W9 D4).
Having won none of their first 20 Premier League meetings with Manchester United (D4 L16), Crystal Palace have now won five of their last 10 against them in the division (D2 L3).
Manchester United have won just two of their last 16 Premier League away games against London sides (D4 L10), with both of those victories coming against Fulham (2-1 November 2022, 1-0 November 2023). The Red Devils have lost as many Premier League games in the capital since Alex Ferguson’s retirement (24 in 64 visits) as they had in 118 such matches with the Scotsman in charge.
Crystal Palace remain winless in the Premier League so far this season (D2 L2), having won six of their final seven league games in 2023-24 (D1).
